Held back from order due to the reviews about taste through Beyond Diet, and the Amazon reviews. Finally bit the bullet, and am so amazed at how I feel, I've been clean eating for 5 months now, taking good vitamins, and working out too. Though I feel really good from dropping 25 lbs and the clean eating, this has really boosted my energy and also curbed my hunger.My opinion of the taste: it has a vanilla flavor to it, but the other taste isn't bad at all. Granted if you are used to unclean foods, you'll probably bulk at this. But when you realize the nutrients that is going into your body, it overrides the taste completely. Your taste buds really do change.I tried it just with water, and it was ok. But adding it into my morning smoothie really does it for me. Quick down the hatch it goes along with my Pure Synergy Vitamins.Be aware the bag is very small and the scoop is tiny too inside, but with every scoop I realized just how much is in that little bag. Logic will tell you you are crazy to order this little thing for 79.99/mo. But when you individually add up what is inside this bag, this is definitely cheaper, believe me I had all these ingredients in my shopping cart, I'm so glad I found SOL: Daily Energy Powder.THUMBS-UP!

I love this stuff! I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, an hour before my workout. I'm not able to eat before working out as I get nauseous but taking Spring of Life Daily Energy gives me just enough in my tummy to keep me from feeling hungry. Also, it gives me a bit of a an energy boost, nothing super powerful (There's no jitters or a rush/crash like sugar or caffeine) but I find I have more energy during my workout.The unexpected bonus I've noticed is I don't have the cravings for sweets like I used to and it has helped to take the edge off my appetite. I'm not going to go so far as to say it's a full-on appetite suppressant but it seems to help take away my propensity to binge eat. My nutritionist suspects that taking this powder on an empty stomach first thing in the morning helps give my body an immediate boost of nutrients I need before I contaminate it with the rubbish I'd normally go for (sausage McMuffin, anyone?).The powder tastes pretty good. It has a light vanilla flavor and it's not "green" or grassy tasting. I mix it with about 6oz of water and drink it down in a couple sips. I've never felt the need to mix it with something else as the taste is surprisingly refreshing and doesn't leave a bad after-taste.I've since ordered more of the powder so I can take some with me on vacation.

I LOVE this product! I spent quite awhile researching before deciding on this one. I once ran out before I had ordered my next shipment and bought a "comparison" product from the health food store and learned quickly...there is no comparison! Spring of Life Daily Energy has it all! I especially love the probiotics, my daily stomachaches are a thing of the past. I love the taste alone, but mix it with my vanilla egg protein every morning for the added protein boost. I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but this product deserves every one of the five stars! I initially thought the price was a little high, but I no longer buy a daily vitamin or seperate probiotic...this has it all and is worth every penny! I've been so happy with this product that I have also started buying my Omega 3 from Spring of Life as well and am just as pleased with that product!

Said it was a great flavor, no but tolerable. Definitely gave me energy.

I have been pleased with this green powder. They advertise great taste....well, lets not get crazy. IT has an overall decent taste, but for a green powder, it is tolerable and the benefits make it worth it. I add it to water or to my shake in the morning. It does help with energy. Not necessarily a caffeine type of energy but an overall "feeling good" energy. I add it to my son's protein shakes to make sure he gets all the greens he needs and he doesn't even know it's in there. I do have to camouflage it in a dark cup so he can't see the color but it works!

UPDATE— it’s been about 6 months now (maybe more) of daily use of Spring if Life daily energy. My husband now drinks it as well. We add 1/2 banana and blueberries to make it a smoothie. It has made such a difference in our health and energy. We had been having ongoing respiratory infections. Neither of us has been sick even once since starting the drink. I recommend it to everyone. I needed to boost my immune as I was diagnosed with lung cancer last November as well as chronic Lyme. So far, doing well. Only problem is the cost. In May I was able to purchase 3 packs with 10% off. That helped. Wish there was an ongoing bulk purchase discount. In the meantime I’ll just need to find the $ to purchase. ***I just purchased my second round of Spring of Life Daily Energy... I had a hard last six months health wise. My immunity was way down and I was very fatigued. I honestly cannot believe the difference this drink has made for me in just 3 weeks. I was a very skeptical buyer b/c I often don't see any difference with health supplements. But honestly, I cannot deny the incredible change in my health and well being. The ordering process went well too. Shipments come promptly, no problems. I don't do a lot of reviews but I wanted everyone to know how strongly I feel about this product--at least for me!!!

I have been using this product for two years and really liked the taste and energy it gave me. I didn't realize until after I ordered the last one that they had changed the flavor. When I tried it , I couldn't even finish the glass. The taste was really awful! At first I thought the product had gone bad but when I went online this morning I see that they're advertising it with a "new flavor". Very disappointing. I returned the product and will not order again.
