And for the metric fans, this doesn't dissapoint either with half millimeter ticks marked as well. The opposite side has a Inch to Millimeter conversion chart if you're into that sort of thing. This set comes with a full ruler and a smaller, baby ruler and that was really cool. Both are pretty sturdy and lay almost flat, at about 1mm thickness. The numbers and ticks are laser etched into the ruler and even after a year, they haven't faded at all. The rulers come with a little hole so you can hang these, or you can be just like me and stick them in a cup full of pens and pencils. The CM side is done similarly with the first 10 being segmented into tiny segments and the next 20 are larger more readable segments. Lastly, in the case of a zombie apocalypse, this makes for a great melee weapon. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ accuracy, etching, thickness tested *by S***7 on June 1, 2020* These are very high quality & accurate rulers. The 6 inch is very slightly less. I checked the accuracy with a good digital caliper. The 12"& 15" were accurate to ~ .05 mm the closest I could do. This was true for BOTH the scales themselves & using the flat end of the ruler as zero. The etching was marvelous. Everything was etched all lines, words & numbers on both sides (rulers vary -some things etched others only painted- which wears off quickly). The 12" & 15" are .9mm thick, (slightly flexible) the 6" is .82mm thick. Zero for both mm & inch scales start at the same end which I like very much. Scale fine line markings offer a variety of choices for close detail although for the smaller scales a ruler is probably the wrong tool. The 6" ruler scale markings themselves are accurate BUT using the end of the ruler as zero it is off by ~.5mm. The 12 & 15" are ~28.2mm wide. The 6" is 19.4mm wide & more flexible. The edges are cut very cleanly & squarely on all except the zero end of the 6". Overall superb & impressive quality.
