Is the bottle Refillable?

No, it is not refillable. If you prefer the refillable bottle, Ulta sells their store brand of this type item. Ulta Watermelon Facial Mist and it is refillable. I have used that and it is a good product and not as pricey.

Hi there, this mist works for both! And yes, it does smell like fresh, fruity watermelon! I'll leave directions for both uses below. Hope you will try it out! To Use As A Hydrating, Glow Mist: From 8-10 inches away, firmly press nozzle and mist 2-3 times across face. Hold closer to face for maximum dewy effect. Use throughout the day. If you have oily/combination skin, spray it once every few hours to refresh skin. ⁣If your skin is on the drier side, just hold it closer to your face and apply two spritzes every two hours to maintain hydration.⁣ To Use As A Makeup Prep + Perfecting Mist: From 8-10 inches away, firmly press nozzle and mist 2-3 times to refresh skin and set makeup.

You just spray it on. It comes out as a super fine mist (probably the finest mist of any I've ever used), so it shouldn't mess up makeup.
