The first one I got didn't charge great, the port was messed up. After terrible customer service a lady finally stepped in and was very helpful. She got a new one sent to me. The speaker barely works. It is terrible sounding and the night mode is just ok. The only good features are the picture quality and the 360 degree angle. Almost immediately the charging cord fell apart. It was starting to rip but still charged. Once it stopped working I reached out for a new cord and was given a link of what usb cord to buy. The cord doesn't fit correctly and I'm pretty much being told to keep buying one until I find one that works because it is universal. Overall the service is terrible but I I have the 2 features I need. Overall, not worth it. Find a company who offers a basic warranty. ### ⭐⭐⭐ After 2.5yrs it doesn't work anymore *by K***Z on Reviewed in the United States on October 13, 2021* After 2.5yrs the camera died, could be the camera cable but I used every day/night.
