First Insole to Help My PF & Back Pain! Finally Real Relief!
WOW! Finally! I've tried every insole on the market over the years. I tried them when I was still able to be a CNC Machinist and Forewoman to try to save my Lower Back and ease my Plantar Fascilitis and now that I've had to quit my trade and go into Physical Therapy because of the aforementioned back getting much worse and going from "really painful at a high-intensity, heavy-lifting job pain" to "I can't even walk upright or do anything but gentle stretches type-pain". I've begun Physical Therapy for my Lower Back & a Torn Rotater Ruff (yeah....terrible luck, I know) so I'm on my own for the PF because the Physical Therapist can only target so many areas at once. I've been trying inserts for at least 10 years and they all caused my nearly instant and HORRIBLE pain and usually made my PF much worse. Plus, they usually required cutting and trimming and didn't fit a variety of shoes to be truly versatile. I bought these and kept all of the packaging because I fully expected to be sending them back. Well...I threw out that packaging after my 1st week using these in my Running/Gym shoes as well as my casual shoes and some Snow Boots. These have not just improved my Lower-Back Pain immensely....but my PF is 65% better (I'm also using PF Compression Socks, mind you and wearing those to bed to repair/heal). What's amazing to me is that I'm also going to the Gym and doing 90-minute Cardio Sessions 6 days per week on top of the Physical Therapy to strengthen my whole body, lose the weight I've gained being unable to work/workout, and to build muscle near the areas that are injured. So I'm wearing these things in my Running Shoes and wearing them for 90 minutes per day on Standing Ellipticals, Seated Ellipticals, Treadmills, and Leg Press Machines. And there's NO PF pain throbbing afterward! These are ROCK HARD insoles. Please keep that in mind. I think most people *myself included* fall for the "gel insoles" and "memory foam comfort" stuff thinking that will be better for our feet and PF (or back issues) because it seems like a cushioned sole would be best. Now that I've tried these, I get why the others didn't work. We need HARD Support. If you can't tolerate hard insoles for some reason....these are not for you. If you have lower back pain or PF and other insoles have failed you....you NEED to try these. I purchased the Women's Size 8 - 8.5 and these fit my Running/Athletic shoes PERFECTLY. Slipped them right in (after removing the original insoles, of course) and dared to go straight to the Gym and *hope* these would work out. Well...they did! Much better than my *expensive branded insole that came with said running shoe* and a notable difference in PF right away. I didn't have to trim them at all and since they are so hard, you can easily slip them into and out of your shoes for a quick change. I put them into my furry Uggs the next day and they fit just as well and kept the PF and lower back pain at bay. I couldn't believe they were working. I am so used to them feeling "OK" at first and then after a day or two causing a "new" pain or worsening old pain and having to throw away expensive insoles. These are like a MIRACLE! I haven't had a burning/shooting heel since I put these into my running shoes and considering my 6 days per week Gym Schedule and Physical Therapy is new to my body as well as HARD on my body....this seems amazing to me. Don't stress about the sizing. It's right on point. Get whatever closely matches your normal shoe size because these are right on point. They're also a bit wider (than I need because I have a very "normal" width foot) so if your foot is a little on the wider side, these have the extra space to fit them without making "normals" fit any lesser. The arch is very high and hard and really supports you where you need it. The contour and outside diameter is cut much more accurately than others and I think that's part of why no trimming is needed and if you buy your correct size....these should bit your current shoes like a glove. I originally felt really stupid for spending this kind of money on *yet another* pair of insoles that are supposed to be "so awesome" ....but never worked for ME. Now I can't wait to try some of their "slimmer" fits so that I can wear my evening shoes and other slimmer shoes without pain, as well. The photos I'm posting show the running shoes I wear for Physical Therapy and the Gym with the original insole taken out in one shoe....and this insole placed inside of the other shoe. The insole itself is laid next to the shoe for size and width comparison. I also included a photo of the insole from the side-view to see the contour, and a photo of my bare foot (that's a compression sock) against just the insole to show how good the sizing is and how it fits a bare foot. I highly recommend these - especially if you've tried every other brand and style and have decided *like me* that insoles just aren't "for your problem". Because these ARE. I really urge anyone with PF or Back Pain to give them a try! NO cons to this product. Will buy again and again.

Worth The Price for the Support
I thought these were a little pricey when I first bought them, but theyโve been worth it. They work very well for my plantar fasciitis and give me the support I need. Iโm a heavier guy, so good support is especially important to me, and these have held up very well. Iโve been using PowerStep insoles for about three years now, and theyโre still my go-to. Iโve tried other insoles, but I keep coming back to these. Comfortable, supportive, and theyโve worked well for me.

Excellent!
Excellent insoles! I bought them to wear in my still toe work boots. They offer great support and helped with my plantar fasciitis. My foot pain has been significantly reduced which makes a huge difference when you are on your feet all day. Money well spent.

Excellent quality. Great for plantar fasciitis.
I have a nasty case of Plantar Faciitis. I really want to avoid surgery so I have tried numerous methods to relieve the pain associated with walking. I work in an environment that requires me to walk approx 15000 steps in a 4 hour period on solid concrete floor. Surgery would require me to take a leave of absence from work. I have tried stretching with bands, icing with frozen water bottles, steroid injections but they only provided temporary help. These inserts are wonderful! They provide much needed relief to my feet while working. The cushion is comfortable and supportive while the arch gives me the support I need in that area as well. The only caveat is that the insoles donโt fit well in my dress shoes but fit great in my sneakers which is what I wear most if the day. Great product! Berry well made with thoughtful design, comfort and support.

Excellent quality non-custom orthotics
The product could use slightly better packaging, which was bent and crushed at the top upon arrival. That said, the orthotics themselves are so solid and durable, the box abuse didnโt affect the product at all. The orthotic size fit perfectly into my same-size work shoes, so the labeled sizing is accurate. They are surprisingly lightweight considering their durability. The orthotics fit comfortably and provide good heel and plantar fascia support. I have been using them for about a week now with no negative results. Iโm currently battling end-of-day right-foot heel pain for a few months now. This is what prompted the switch from typical cushioned insoles to these orthotics. I will update this review after several weeks of use to state whether my heel pain is reduced.

Relief!
I am so happy I ordered these insoles and am about to order another pair for my other sneakers. I immediately saw the difference running with the insoles. After one use, I felt little to no pain in my heel. I strongly recommend these inserts for anyone struggling with plantar fasciitis. It worked for me, and hopefully will work for you. You never know until you try them! Iโm glad I did!

Flat feet user - no arches. So far, so good! Pleasantly pleased.
I have flat feet. I had previously gone to an orthopedist and they sold me on a pair of insoles which cost $500. They also said they had to be replaced every 6 months. I tried them but honestly, they were never comfortable. It could be that I didn't give them enough time to break in. Regardless, I knew I wasn't going to spend $500 every 6 months. I saw an blog post from another foot doc and he said his office charged about $60-90 for their insoles - but I also heard him say his office recommends these if you don't need a custom option. I have no arches and immediately trying them, I could tell that they were supporting my arches (it did feel weird at first - probably because I wasn't used to the support). Appearance was fine - I ordered the size I needed and it fit well. I don't notice any additional weight as they are pretty light. I will say that my heel still hurts a bit.. not as bad as it did, but I might need to go the custom route to get both arch support and heel support in the future. I've used these for about a week and a half and it has helped with my leg fatigue while walking as well.

Great Nerve Pain Relief for Neutral Arch/Pronation
Gait: Neutral Pronation, Heal Strike Arch: Medium/Neutral I bought these to replace the factory insoles in the Columbia Crestwood (WP) hiking shoes, and I can attest that they are excellent value for the price point. Before I put these insoles in the shoes, I was having a issues with nerve pain in my arches, hip abductors, and hip adductors due to the very poor arch support and shock absorption from the factory insoles. When I put the PowerStep insoles in the shoes, I immediately noticed a difference in arch support, and I no longer have any issues with nerve pain from wearing the shoes, even after longer, all-day sessions for hiking, hunting, birding, yardwork, etc. I would recommend introducing these gradually for an hour or two at a time on easy walks until your foot and gait can adjust to the arch support the insoles provide. They feel very strange at first, and they may cause some arch soreness if you wear them for too long or for too intense of an activity when your body is initially adapting to the way these insoles feel on your foot (and slightly adjust your gait).

Helps a fair bit.

Wide and comfy
Powerstep pinnacle felt wide but when compared to other insoles, only the mid portion is wider. My run time is a little slower than another off-the-shelf orthotics. Arch support is more towards the forefoot than the heel, which needed some time to get used to. When running, it doesn't hinder me in any way.

Awesome insoles
I have tried several brands/types of insoles, and these are the best by far. They are very comfortable and provide quality support.
