Is it ok for 3 months baby?

It’s for ages 2-5 years old wouldn’t recommend for a 3 month old

Will these work for an adult?

Yes they will, have used them as thats all I could find . checked with dr and was told to use two for adult dose. 1 seemed to work for me.

How often can I use these on toddler who struggles to go? Is there any long term negatives to using these?

ONE time. It will alleviate all the backup at the bottom end. As far as chronic constipation, please talk with the pediatrician, as even this is meant to be a last resort...kids with BM issues can get disregulated even further unless they get sorted out-- our Ped suggested a temporary 'cleanout' program of miralax and exlax choclates, but that would be formulated to your child by the medical professional.
