I love the look of this case so much I bought it again in other colors, and for my boyfriend!Before finding this case, I all but gave up looking for a professional-looking S9 case that's not too girly or rugged.The main case part is smooth yet not sticky like pure silicone cases. The gold bumpers add interest without looking tacky. I received complements in the first few days of having the green one on my phone :) It's a beautiful forest green, almost teal.Pros:+ I have already dropped my phone several times (oops) and phone is 100% fine, even without a screen protector.+ Looks great+ Easy to install+ If you ding the gold bumpers from dropping your phone, they are interchange if you buy a replacement case, even another color.Cons:- It's protective but the gold parts are not durable. If/when you drop it on ashphalt or a similarly hard or bumpy surface, the gold will crack.

I bought this case because protecting my phone is high on my priority list with aesthetics being just below it. This case is gorgeous. It has sort of a velvety feel to it, which makes it easy to grip. It snaps into place, which makes it easy to put on. I ordered the dark green color which is luxurious and makes the case look much more expensive than it is. I've already dropped my phone once (I told you protection was important!) and my screen survived as did the case with no markings to find! All the ports are easily accessible, the camera is unblocked as well as the fingerprint scanner. The speakers are not muffled while the case is on. Overall, a great purchase. I'd buy this again and I'd recommend it to a friend!

This is a very attractive cell phone cover, which i purchased new, about five months ago. I like that it's very slim and I get a lot of compliments on it, because of the gold accents. It comes in three pieces and is a little difficult to put together and take apart. My only real issue is that the part that covers the on/off button has broken off so I can't push the button, as it's recessed with the cover on, but does work without the cover on. I thought my phone was broken until I took it to a repair place and the problem with the cover was pointed out. I like the cover enough to purchase it again, as I did drop the phone on a vinyl floor a few days before the problem happened, so that may have caused the issue. It did protect the phone. My concern is that the hard rubber may be too brittle and it could happen again.

I was looking for a cheap case for my new phone, especially since I had just spent $40 on that special screen protector from Verizon. Came across this and it was cute and kinda classy. The pieces, especially the gold ends feel kinda flimsy on their own, but once you put it all together and on the phone it's sturdy. Super great, exactly what I was looking for. All buttons work great still, including fingerprint scanner. I've dropped my phone numerous times, and between this case AND the invisible shield screen protector, not a scratch on it.

This case is slim and comfortable to hold, and the gold edge pieces are not as flashy and gaudy as they look in the picture. The case itself has a nice texture to it, and the cutout for the fingerprint reader actually makes the reader easier to use. The material is scratch resistant and has done a good job protecting the device from blemishes, however I do not think that it would provide much protection if the phone were dropped given how thin and flimsy the material is. To me this is not a serious issue because I do not drop my phone.There is, however, one major complaint I have with the product: the rubber buttons for the volume and power. I have ordered two of these cases, and on both the power button has broken off within a few months. Because the case covers the phone's button, this makes it annoying to turn the device on or off with the button. I keep nothing in the pocket I keep my phone in and I am not overly hard on the button. The volume buttons are probably just as prone to breaking, but I seldom use those.

I've had this case a couple years ago and it was one of my favorites. Precision cut, and very slim fit case with an extremely classy aesthetic make for an excellent case for a Galaxy S9. Haven't seen any durability issues with this one so far, but the gold end pieces did break after a few more severe drops. Wouldn't blame the design, but something to be away of. These cases are sturdy, but definitely not an otterbox.

So, I have been looking at this case for some time but read so many negative reviews about the gold ends coming off. Finally broke down and purchased it and yes while I was wiping my screen one of the ends came off but I love the look of this case and so put a dot of silicone under the corners of the gold portions and have not had a problem since I knew the silicone would not damage my phone and it's well worth having the look of this case. It is the only one my husband has complemented. I had a similar case (no gold ;o( ) which I dropped a few times and never broke my phone and so I'm hoping that the thicker ends of this case will protect my phone even better. I also use Armorsuit Screen Protector for my screen.

The case is rubberized. The part that looks metal is plastic which is a little disappointing. It is hard to press all the side buttons. The unique way you put it on seems very secure which I like. It is very pretty just like the picture. It is extremely thin and light weight, in a good way. Seems flimsy at first but one you put it on it's not at all. It seems to cover the corners and sides enough. Pretty sure when I drop it it will be fine.
