My feelings about this item is I wish shoulder strap can be little tighter to fit on my shoulder while wearing slim waist trainer , it fit my stomach perfectly and its comfortable by wearing it everyday to workout . But other then that I like how it make me sweat by doing my workouts and runs . Hopefully I will see result by using it everyday and see where I go. But I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking to lose couple inches on waist and see improvement. And I would get follow size you are and

Ok Ladies ! this waist trainer corset is a must have. The waist trainer corset is a two layered deal, the first layer is the abdominal band that you see in the middle of the picture ... made attached so you have to step inside or pull it over your head to get the complete trainer on (it has some stretch). The second layer is the corset.. once the trainer is on completely it fits secure and comfortably.. I'm normally a size 12/14 , it's true to size " 12" however fitted just fine keep in mind you want trainers to fit securely in order to sweat ! It was great while working-out or just for a few hours a day to start training your abs for the summer ! I gave it 5 stars Make sure you get the correct size so please look at the chart ! Like I said i'm a 12/14 .. fitted like a 12 ! but awesome

I purchased this in a size 3xl according to the size chart and it is absolutely way to big. Got it on with no problem and it fastened in the third row with ease. I am 5’4”, 236lbs with 42DDD breast. I ordered a new one in xl and was still able to fasten in the third row but the inner piece you step into is a little on the short side and doesn’t come down to cover my belly as the 3xl on did! I also don’t like how is too tight over my hip area leaving an indentation ring around that area of my body. Going to try it out to see how it feels after being in it all day and will update in about a week.Update:I have been wearing this in an xl Mon-Fri for about 10 hours a day. I keep it fastened in the last row and zipped and just step into it. It makes you sweat but and has some support for your back which is one of the reasons I like it. I think I am going to either order a med or switch to another type of vest as I am not happy about having to replace it so soon! I’ve also lost a little over an inch across my back and mid section.

This waist trainer will definitely make you sweat. I love that it has an inner layer in the front although it is difficult to put on and it even fit me a bit big. You should definitely size down. Once you have it on it’s pretty comfortable but I did have to keep pulling it down but it’s wasn’t a nuisance. I can’t say that it works YET! I haven’t been wearing it as often as I should but I loved how much slimmer I looked lol I do recommend it.

Wonderful product! Quality material, great fit, and very comfortable. So appreciate all the reviews who advised that it runs large-it does so go down a size. Wear it under your clothes while doing chores, working from home, or running errands. Can wear it daily. Sits nicely on your waist. Easier to lace-up if you use the eyelets in the second from the last row at the opening. You almost need to purchase a second one, so you don't miss a day of use while the other one dries. Highly recommend this product!! Great price and product.

After owning this for almost 9 months I am updating my review. I originally gave it 4 stars but I'm putting it down to 2 because of longevity. After about 6 months of use the seams started to come apart and seller does nothing for this because it has been too long since purchase. If you want to sew it up yourself you can keep it a few more months but it's on its last legs at this point. Also it begins to stretch out a LOT and even at its tightest hooks is no longer snug at all. I took very careful care of this item, only soaked it and squeezed it out then hung to dry. I feel like for the price it should last much longer. Do yourself a favor and just go spend 8 to 10 bucks for a neoprene waist trimmer.Pros are they run pretty true to size but the differenece between the 12 and the 10 is insane. The 12 fit great and after losing about 5 pounds I went for the 10 as a goal and could barely get it on so just watch for that. Does make you sweat a lot in the sauna, but so do the waist trimmers.Lastly, they offer a free gift when you buy, but everything they offer is insanely small. Ordered an extra large sports bra that fit my 12 yr old daughter.

2nd Update: Gonna make you sweat! Despite being a little big still it sure as hell makes me sweat and I think my tummy has shrunk a bit. I probably wear it for 8-10 hours a couple days a week. Been wearing it for about 2 weeks. I sweat like crazy just sitting at my desk working, by 10 am the waist band of my underwear and the back of my bra are soaked in sweat! FYI, I'm 5'4" and 175 lbs. I wear a size 14 pants and XL shirts. I just measured today, tightly, and my waist is 36" sucked in. When you measure, suck it I and pull the tape tight! Then maybe still order a size down. I think I'm going to try the medium.UPDATE - STILL NOT IMPRESSED: I returned the 2XLand got the XL. It's a little better. I'm wondering if I should try one more size down because I hooked this one on the fourth row and it doesn't feel like its doing much for my tummy. It does provide some back support and is helping my posture a little bit. It is not that well hidden under clothes. In fact because it has the T style back the shoulder/vest area can be seen if your wearing a wide neck top. IDK if i would recommend it for everyday wear.NOT IMPRESSED - I think this item has alot of potential. I followed the size guide included with the pics and ordered a 2x as my waist measured around 39". I did not measure tight as normally you want to leave some room. When I tried it on it was a a little snug but no more than a tight cami. I was able to pull it over my head and down over my stomach with out much struggle. Once on I realized I would be able to connect the fourth row of hooks and when I did this it didn't feel like it was doing much of anything for me. I think if your able to wear it on the tightest setting right away, what's the point? I'm willing to try the next size down, I will update my review when I do.
