Hanging Egg Chair Swing Wicker Bubble Design Seat Includes Tan Tufted Cushion and Stand

My hanging chair was not comfortable. No support for neck. Ridge where leg bends hurts. I assumed it would be rattan. But seems to be plastic and is coming apart.
