Excellent pedal from a great brand. Grip keeps your feet in place. The pins don’t come through or damage the bottom of the shoe. If pins are felt, they provide the tool needed to lower or raise them. Pedals went on without a hitch. Just make sure you place them on the correct side. They are very light and turn effortlessly. Great price and excellent performance. I added the foot carriage to mine. PROS - Great quality work, very strong plastic and metal used - grip is excellent due to adjustable pins - comes with extra pins and tool for them - excellent value for the money, especially for that brand-name - functions great, keeps foot from slipping off - pedal turns effortlessly - functionality is excellent because your feet stay in place - they are very lightweight - they look great, other colors look just as good - pins have not damaged my footgear CONS - None

I got these to use on e-bikes. Saw a review on a hunting page on top upgrades for e-bikes. Installed them and they’re about an inch and a half wider than the stick pedals. They fit perfectly and work well with boots on. Great upgrade. A lot better feel and your feet don’t slip on the pedals. The picture shows the size difference between stock pedals and the new ones. Works well in off road conditions.

After 1 1/2 years and over 5,300 miles of use on my Specialized MTB (all street riding): These pedals stopped my ASICs running shoes from slipping around as they did on my original cheapo quill-type MTB pedals. These grip really well so I can stand up and pedal really hard and no foot slipping or movement. When new, the bearings were smooth and had some very slight drag when spinning the pedals by hand, but that was to be expected with precise-fitting new bearings. Now, 5,300 miles later, the left pedal still feels like new (slight drag), but the right pedal spins easier. But I don't feel any play in either pedal in any direction, so I assume the bearings are still aok. On the pedal width, my running shoes hang over the outer edge of the pedal a little so I wouldn't mind if the pedals were a little wider on the outside. But overall, I am REALLY impressed by these pedals, Oh, the studs are screw in so can be replaced if needed. Mine still look new and have never needed tightening. Great value pedal.

Unfortunately, the box to the pedals was open and the packaging was ripped and damaged. Both of my washers are missing. It appears that someone needed them more than I did. The pedals , themselves, are amazing. I have them on another bike. They stand up to on-road and off-road beatings.

We use these pedals for everything from mountain biking in the snow, taking the bikes to pull our hunting gear into the woods looking for deer, we use them on the macfox x1s ebike as well and my son even uses them on his bmx race bike which he competes on three days a week. We will be running them in the Golden State Nationals this coming weekend and he hopes to podium! We have never worn a set out yet and have been using them for more than 3 years for our oldest set!
