I wanted to get a chewable B12 supplement without weird sweeteners and found this one at a very reasonable price. This supplement is small, tastes good, is kid approved and doesn't have any strange, unnecessary ingredients. I recently discovered the one I was previously buying contained xylitol which can be extremely harmful to dogs so as a dog owner I didn't want it in the house.

Love this supplement. It can be taken on an empty stomach, take it in the morning and gives energy for the rest of the day. Five stars for the packaging alone! This form of B12 is way better and more effective than others I have taken. I noticed a difference almost immediately. They are a similar texture to sweettarts or smarties candy but not as sweet. I take one every morning before breakfast, so it's fine on an empty stomach.Keeps my energy up throughout the day, without the jittery feeling you can get from caffeine. Before taking this supplement, I'd feel exhausted all the time and crash randomly. I'm also extremely anemic (these deficiencies can go hand in hand), so 2 weeks later i added an iron supplement. In conjunction with this b12, my energy is consistent. The day I forgot to take it, I could definitely tell a difference. I wish I had known about this years ago.I just ordered my 2nd bottle yesterday. This will definitely be a reoccurring purchase.

These are very small and chewable! Easy to take and no negative side effects! They seem to be a good quality and have a great taste! After getting through the entire bottle though, I decided to switch to a liquid B12 supplement. Personally, for me, my B12 levels stayed exactly the same when I had bloodwork. I do know though that sometimes it can take a couple months of taking them to notice any positive change. These are very easy to take and perfect for people that don’t like swallowing big pills. These would be great for kids if b12 was needed.

Good vitamin b12 supplement. It's chewable and has a pleasant taste. I think you can let it dissolve also if you prefer.
