Works for LG Smart TV
Worked great for my 2020 LG Smart TV. The reason some cables don’t work is because they have ground in a different place on the connector, so make sure to check that (unfortunately TV manufacturers don’t necessarily tell you where ground pin is in the user manual, so you may have to do some online searching, or call customer support). You can find correct pin-out in customer questions. For other signals (video vs. left/right audio) you can easily swap those by plugging them in differently on RCA side; ground is the only one you can’t swap because it’s common to all 3 RCA connectors. And no, there is nothing wrong with the cable if you have to swap audio vs video - it’s just that different equipment manufacturers connect these signals to different parts of the 3.5mm jack, and you can simply swap what you plug in on the RCA end, as needed.

Does Not Work with LG OLED65B7P 65" Flatscreen TV
I ordered this to replace the original composite cable that came with my LG OLED65B7P 65" Flatscreen TV, which I thought I had lost. I needed to display the setup menu from my Denon receiver on the TV screen to setup up my sound system after doing some house remodeling, and since this was supposed to be an LG manufactured cable per the Amazon webpage, I assumed it would work fine. However, after connecting the video output cable from the Denon receiver to the TV using this composite connection cable, the video did not display on the TV. I tried switching the yellow video cable to the other red and white audio cable inputs on the composite cable, but only got loud humming sounds instead of the video output. Afterwards, after searching some more for the original LG manufactured cable, I found it, and the attached side-by-side comparison photos of the original composite cable with the replacement composite cable show that the appearance is similar, which you might guess is an indication that it should work, but it did not. Since the replacement composite cable from the Amazon seller did not come in a package with the LG manufacturer's label, I suspect that the seller sent to me a product that was not manufactured by LG, and since some other manufacturer's use a different order of the ring zones on the composite cable input prong, I suspect this is why this replacement cable did not work. Furthermore, the attached photo of the composite cable I received from the Amazon reseller does not match the photo shown on the Amazon webpage (different cable colors & different length). I don't know whether the seller sent the wrong cable by mistake or purposely was shipping a non-LG-manufactured cable, but beware that the composite cable you receive may also not work on your LG TV.

Red = yellow
Like many others, I had to switch the red and yellow connections. It works just fine, but the mismatched wiring is mildly inconvenient.

Perfect for our LG 55EF9500 OLED TV :-)
This OEM LG 3-to-1 Composite cable worked perfectly for our LG 55EF9500 OLED TV. We'd previously purchased the TV from Amazon; listed as including all accessories found in LG's online manual. Alas, the TV arrived with nothing enclosed - not even screws/hardware to affix the stand. On our hunt for necessary parts, this cable was our second choice after a knockoff HDE 3-to-1 that was much cheaper, shipped faster and appeared identical. Unfortunately, the male end of that HDE was slightly too long and would not seat securely into our TV. Finally bought this OEM Part (# EAD61273106) and we're 100% satisfied. Wish we had started with it! Not sure why LG manufactured their 3.5mm female input to be slightly shorter/shallower than normal. At the end of the day, just know that your TV might have a similar spec requirement. Recommend either doing extra research before trying to save a few bucks on aftermarket cables, or simply go with the OEM part for peace of mind. (NOTE: If you have difficulty getting yours to work after connecting then go thru your television's menu options to configure. We initially couldn't acquire a picture, only sound. Turns out we had to reverse the Yellow and Red RCA outputs from our DVD player, which did not seem right... but it was! Who woulda thunk? Glad our TV walked us thru that process.)

Works as advertised
The cable works as advertised for audio playback. It let me connect the TV (LG55GA7900) to an amplifier's two RCA inputs and play audio from a Chromecast with TV device on external speakers. Unlike other reviews, my connector colors didn't have to be swapped. Red went to red, and white went to white.

Works, but the color coding is not correct.
In my case, the yellow is not the composite video input, it is actually the R (red) channel. Not sure if they changed the wiring or I got a fluke, but after trying all the different connectors, I finally was able to display the composite video signal.

Does the job
I purchased this to connect my older model DVD to my new LG OLED TV. The wires are crossed as other reviewers noted but after swapping the connectors it works well. It also worked well with my old VCR when I experimented with that hook up. I'm happy with it and glad I bought it.

RCA Socket Colors Swapped
This adapter ended up working electrically, but as shown in the image, the molded boots on the RCA Sockets have the colors swapped (yellow <-> red). The first time I connected a device matching the colors there was a garbled static mess for an image and an awful screeching noise from the audio. From trial and error, I figured out the correct way to connect them, which is what is shown in the image. (Note: the RCA cable from this adapter to the device is one I've used numerous times previously, so I know it's correct, and I've tested this with multiple devices.)
