My hunt is FINALLY over!
Wow... all I can say is wow! I have been searching for a ‘covered’ coffee cup for a very long time. I have tried a bunch.. they all had issues that made them.. unusable. This cup: I use cream in my coffee. Lots. This cup really holds the heat. The moving silicone mouth ‘cover’ holds the heat. The bottom: more water bottles, mugs and cups should have a rubber bottom. An absolute plus. No clunk when u set it down... don’t need a coaster... just an absolute plus! No sliding all over... The lid... very nice ceramic- great feel to it. For those reviews that complain about breaking it... well- be careful! That’s on you- not in the lid! If I drop it; my bad. I’d buy a new one... if they are expensive- I’ll just buy another one and be more careful! Or I’ll purchase another mug itself! Cleaning- I’ve read reviews that complain about not being able to get a hand in this to clean it! Huh?! What water bottle or container can you fit your hand in; I ask?!! They make a really awesome implement called: a bottle brush! Which I use on all of my water bottles! Rubber around the middle- thank you! I have bottles that are slippery on the outside... but most have a handle on the lid so no big deal. Since this has a rubber piece; very easy to hold and you don’t feel like you’re going to drop it! Smell: when done drinking my coffee- I have cleaned these immediately... since I use creamer! I have another coffee bottle with a lid... I thought that was the one.. nope- the rubber around the lid is rounded off and large-water gets caught under it... it’s gross. Looks-these look so pretty... or: bad a...! Cold drinks: I put ice in the larger bottle- last night with my soda/water mix. It didn’t stay until morning-I didn’t expect it to but that’s not what I bought these for! Still using during the day because it’s ...so far... kept my drink and ice cold for 3.5 hours... For cold the very best bottles are: Camelbak... better than any other water bottle out there and I can say that because I’ve tried about every other bottle... expensive and less expensive! So: to recap... this Elemental coffee mug is the best one available- in my humble opinion! Forgot transport... if you’re going out with your coffee this is a great bottle- fits in cup holder. Yes, a bit harder to open while driving. Open it at a stoplight! Lol! I might give these as gifts at Christmas. Last year I gave the Camelbak to all my kids and one of my neighbors! Highly, highly recommend!

Great plastic-free mug!
I was looking for the most plastic-free ravel mug I could find, and this is it. Keeps hot things hot and cold things cold for hours. And it's pretty, too. I love it!

GREAT Coffee Container...
I was so impressed by this design that I bought another one! Short and sweet... these insulated drink tumblers are a dime-a-dozen with very few rising outside of the pack. So the attention is in small details. The best part of these Elemental Artisan Tumblers is the CERAMIC LID. It really is a game-changer! You end up feeling (literally) like you're drinking from a classic ceramic mug - but get the benefits of your drink staying hot/cold longer from the insulated reservoir. Its a great design detail that makes a surprising difference. Since its a ceramic lid with a rubberized ring to hold it in place - it is not the best at being spill-proof. If these tumblers tipped over the top would probably 50/50 come off. And if falling of the table or counter - would definitely come off and spill. So it would be awesome if Elemental Artisan upgraded the ceramic lid to screw on (like Brumate tumblers - with a short 'twist on/off' thread on the ceramic lid and inside the tumbler) I'd buy that for a dollar!!!! Good job with this product! I Like it!!!! Plan on gifting some fam and friends!

Not all insulated mugs are created equal
I got the 12oz as I did not want something big. This mug blew me away that I instantly bought another one. What I love about it. 1. The lid is not plastic or metal, but ceramic At 52 years old, I have to enjoy my coffee and tea. All I can say is that it's very satisfying to drink from a ceramic lid. Everything just feels right about this mug. 2. The weight of the entire mug just feels right. 3. No name logo on the damn mug. It's a huge deal for me. The symbol is very subtle and I will advertise for them. I just hate those name logos. 4. This is not a travel mug and it's for the right reasons. I totally get the design. Even the shape of the mug was designed to enjoy your beverage in tranquility. 5. I'd recommend putting the ceramic lid on the very top of your dishwasher. 6. It holds the temperature really well. I brew my green tea around 175 degrees F and I can go 2 hours with minimal temperature drops. Overall, this is one of the very best mugs out there for tea or coffee that's very satisfying to use. You get what you pay for and it's well worth it.

A Very "Meh" Product
I was excited to get this product because I wanted to enjoy my morning coffee-to-go at a warm temperature (good insulation), with the mouth-feel of a ceramic or glass cup. After using this product for 2 months, I have to say that it is "meh" at best. Warmth - if you put the lid on and seal it as tight as you can, the coffee will stay nice and warm for about 20-30 minutes on a good day. After that, it begins to enter lukewarm temperature, and by 1.5 hours it's not really a desirable temperature for your coffee or hot beverage. When compared to other tumblers that I've had, this is NOT good performance. I suspect that the ceramic lid absorbing a lot more of the heat than you would want in a typical tumbler. I've recently made the switch to the insulated Stainlesss Steel Thermal KeepCup, and it performs WAY BETTER in terms of warmth (keeps my coffee at a nice, warm temperature for at least 1-2 hours). Link here if you're interested: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081R25Q7Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Ceramic Lid / Mouthfeel - if you are like me and purchasing this product expecting a better mouthfeel...don't expect to be wowed. The lid, in addition to its warmth flaws stated above, is just not a great design. It leaks pretty easily when taking it on-the-go, and the mouthfeel isn't particularly great, either. It is curved and shaped in a way that makes it a little awkward to drink. Plus, as you drink your coffee/beverage, the liquid tends to get trapped on various parts of the lid, leaving weird stains and mini "puddles" that I've never seen on another tumbler. I give this product 2 stars because it's not a horrible tumbler. The size, aesthetic, and handfeel are all pretty good. The idea of a ceramic/stainless combination is still intriguing to me, as you could potentially get the best of both worlds in your to-go cup (insulation of a tumbler with mouthfeel of your mug/cup). I just feel that the execution in this product leaves a lot to be desired. To me, it is a "meh" product at best. I recently made the switch to the KeepCup and found it to be a much more enjoyable experience. So in the end, you can spend $20 to get this very "meh" product that ends up sitting on your shelf, or you can spend an extra $12 to get a much better product in the KeepCup that you will actually WANT to use. Your move! (And no...I'm not a KeepCup sponsor. I just enjoy a good coffee in the morning, both at home and at work)

Best coffee taste and smell
Love this travel mug for my coffee because there is no plastic. It's ceramic top stainless steel bottom. Does not have a nasty plastic. Smell from old coffee and dishwasher. That's what I love about this one. Your coffee tastes great. Holds the warmth super long and your coffee smells like coffee, not like a plastic cheap mug

It leaks. Not a feature I look for in a travel mug.
This item is attractive and feels really sturdy. Sadly, when I tried to this use cup today to drink a beverage (a skill I've had for 55+ years), it leaked and I ended up wearing some of the beverage on my shirt instead of enjoying it. Happened multiple times. The seal on the lid isn't working correctly. Not recommended. Returning this item asap.

Amazing Tumbler
I love this tumbler. It keeps things cold/hot, is easy to clean and the bottom makes it stay on surfaces very good. I also love is size - perfect for my drinks. I noticed other reviews mention problems with the lid, for me its irrelevant since I do not use the lid since it is small enough to not worry about spilling liquids while drinking.

Schön und praktisch
Erfüllt was er soll. Gediegenes Material, tolle Optik.

I love the ceramic lid, no funky smell or taste.
I really love this cup. I find it annoying with most cups that the lid always ends up smelly and even tasting funky. But this is a ceramic lid, perfect. It’s not “leak proof” it does have a little silicone piece to seal the lid but I’d assume it won’t hold up to tipping over and not leaking. But for me it’s great. I drink at my desk or walking my doggy. Easy to wash, no difficult hidden corners

Aesthetically perfect
For the price, I love it! Mostly for the aesthetic and feel. If you need a to go mug to keep it hot for longer than 90 mins, this isn’t the one. It also is not leak proof. I love the ceramic lid! It met my expectations

Has both pros and cons
This is a very nice cup I love the design doesn’t feel cheap has ceramic lid and silicon grip it keeps beverages hot for quiet some time lid fits nice and snug and it is probably one of the only travel mugs that fits with my keurig. However there are a few things I don’t like. The rubber seal won’t always work I noticed I had to wait quiet a while for my coffee to cool before I could actually seal it properly and drinking from it feels kind of awkward. Other than that it’s a nice cup and I am happy with this purchase.

Poor quality product and non-existent customer service (US-based)
Extremely poor quality product. The magnet is extremely weak (not sure why the great reviews). My lid's seal was faulty and so I contacted the brand - which is in the US BTW. 23 e-mails later and I'm still to hear about a potential shipment of lids... So, sadly it's not only the quality of the product but the lack of customer service.
