"Product of China". The FDA has not yet discovered why so many dogs have died from eating Chinese-made treats like these. So being "inspected and tested in the USA" means little. No one can figure out what to look for - only that the Chinese treats cause many more deaths than other kinds. If you go and read the FDA report online you find that their description of the deadly treats matches the description on this bag very closely.
