When I received today and noticed they were much too small for my needs, I went online to return only to see that they charge $5.99 to return... the product was only $4.99 itself. I've used these with small wire to attach bird scare reflective tape to gutters and baskets that hang outside in the weather. They work great for about a month or two, then they will not swivel like they are suppose to. They will bind and grind and resist the motion to swivel. All I can think is that the rain water penetrates the swivel assembly and tiny ball bearings inside are steel and will rust and corrode and not roll like they are suppose to. I cant imagine them last the whole season of freshwater fishing. And salt water?
