Didn't expect any miracles but given the price - this product lives up to the hype. I've a pretty expressive face so fine lines appeared quicker than I anticipated - 3 months in and they were basically gone, or at least not deep enough for makeup to settle in them. My skin tone is a lot more even and pores less visible. What I didn't expect is how well it fights acne. After being on and off antibiotics for cystic acne, the side effects made me stop once it got to a "manageable" level. A year in and the retinol completely got rid the acne, I'll get something once every 3 months but it draws out the cyst and a pimple patch reduces any swelling overnight. I use it every other day in the evenings, switching it up with Paula's Choice BHA toner. The serum is easy to apply. It's quite thin but that means a little goes a long way. The pump works fine and doesn't leak. Make sure to use sunscreen in the morning and from personal experience I would avoid facial waxing - the skin is thin and more sensitive, wax grabs onto not only hair but the skin itself so you can end up with raw and painful areas because the wax stripped off more skin than it should. Tweezing or threading is safer.

I was a bit hesitant to buy this retinol serum at first because of the price, but I'm so glad I gave it a try. It has a lovely, light scent and feels really nice on the skin. I've been using it consistently for the past few months, and I can genuinely say I've seen a difference — my complexion looks brighter and smoother. Even my partner noticed the improvement and has started using it too! I have quite sensitive skin, and I haven’t had any irritation or issues, which is a big plus. For the price, it's honestly one of the best serums I've tried, and I’ve already recommended it to a few friends. I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

I really love this product. I noticed almost immediate changes in my skin. It doesn't feel heavy or sticky. Comfortable to sleep in. Runs out pretty quickly when using it regularly though.

Just a quick update (see my first review below **) to say that I've been so impressed with this product that I've ordered a second bottle, before my first one runs out. I've just been applying the serum once a day but I've been using my first bottle for 7 months, so it lasts for ages. It's a really lovely serum from a great seller and I'd highly recommend both. **This is a really lovely serum with a high percentage of retinol compared to some other retinol serums. I've been using it for less than 2 weeks so can't say yet if it helps to reduce pigmentation, but it has helped to reduce redness from acne scarring. I have pretty sensitive skin but haven't experienced any stinging when using it, and it leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturised. I've had problems with acne (including cystic acne) for a very long time and have tried everything to treat it, but after reading about how topical retinol can help to prevent acne, I decided to give it a try. So far it seems to be helping to prevent any new acne breakouts, which for me is amazing! I can't use products which contain anything to do with gluten/wheat, and this serum is one of the ones I could find which definitely doesn't contain anything like wheat germ oil. The packaging is lovely as well and makes the product look a lot more expensive than it is. I'm very happy with this serum and would buy it again.

Been using this for few weeks 2-3 times per week just until I get used to it. On the nights I use it my skin is noticeably clearer, brighter and smoother. I’m going to increase to alternate evenings now. Will definitely buy again. Neutral fragrance, light consistency and easily absorbed.

I read all the reviews on this and was convinced it would be the next best thing to try and smooth lines and excess skin on my chin area from a big weight loss. However I just find the actual product very watery, as in it's like putting flavoured water on my skin. Results wise nothing major so I'm a bit disappointed really.

I am very surprised by this product. I wanted a retinol serum and picked this based on the reviews. Very glad I did. It says 14 days for results but honestly I noticed on the 3rd day. It's smell is not over powering. It is absorbed by the skin really well. I give my skin a minute massage with it. It glides over the face and neck without sticking and feeling tacky. Comes in a nice glass bottle and pipette, packaged well for the price. My face was brighter, my pores less visible and the bags under my eyes diminished. I haven't noticed a wrinkle Change but it's early days. I apply at night before bed and pat my moisturiser on to lock in moisture after washing my face. Remember sunscreen if using during the day and don't mix with VIT C products. This is value for money and remember it's 2.5% retinol, most store bought brands have just 1.5%. After a month of use I will try post a further update. Ive already purchased a second bottle and may buy more now as Christmas presents cause I'm that impressed.

Let's start with the basics. I'm not affiliated to the seller or manufacturer in any way whatsoever. Products work differently on different people, so I'm a male, 50 and ginger. Us gingers well known for sensitive skin, so a fan of the Inkey List I have to be honest. I purchased this as it was stronger than the Inkey Eye cream I had been using and after a month of usage I've got to say my fine lines around my eyes are less noticeable and this been commented on, without prompting. But, unexpectedly, my large pores on my cheeks have seen such a significant decrease with use, I'm gobsmacked. Fingers crossed, that I no longer have to rely on clay face masks on a regular basis that only temporarily close my pores. I've been using this each evening after washing my face with a gentle cleanser, then using the Inkey List Vitmain B, C and E Lightweight Moisturiser during the day. Before using, please do check online what products work well with retinol and which don't (including your face wash) and use that information to plan how you will incorporate it into your routine. Crucial if you want to get he maximum benefit from this product and/or if you layer products. Would I buy this again? Absolutely! If I continue to get the same results I shall definitely purchase more.

Ho acquistato questo siero insieme alla crema ANTI-WRINKLE FACE CREAM, al contorno occhi e il siero alla vitamina c della stessa marca e mi sto trovando estremamente bene. Ho 45 anni e la pelle mista, ho provato altri sieri al retinolo ma li ho sempre trovati molto pesanti e troppo oleosi mentre il siero di Eclat al Retinolo è perfetto sulla mia pelle, asciuga in fretta non unge ne appiccica la pelle, lo uso la sera sotto la crema e al mattino la pelle è distesa e compatta, ho la sensazione di avere anche i pori meno dilatati. Il retinolo va usato solo la sera perchè è fotosensibilizzante. E’ un gel trasparente va tamponato sul viso e collo detersi e viene assorbito rapidamente dalla pelle, la profumazione è molto delicata leggermente. Inoltre nella confezione si trova una piacevole sorpresa un bigliettino che ti permette di ricevere una confezione full size omaggio se dopo 15 giorni di utilizzo scrivi la tua recensione sul loro sito. Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo!

Ich vertrage das Serum super und dass, obwohl ich aktuell ziemliche Probleme mit meiner Haut habe. Es ist beruhigend , zieht gut ein, trocknet nicht aus und fühlt sich rundum gut an. Eigentlich habe ich es mir als kleines Highlight für den Abend gekauft, habe es dir Tage aber auch schon tagsüber genutzt, weil ich es so gut vertragen habe und meine Haut sehr dankbar ist. Am besten gefällt mir jedoch, dass nicht jede Menge Scheiß wie Silikone, Parabene oder Alkohol drin ist. Also bis dato- top !

I absolutely love this serum! It totally made changes on my face after probably about the third day. I am so happy I ended up getting this one. I wanted to get the retinol more than anything. You can’t beat the value for the money and it definitely has been effective because I’ve noticed my skin being so soft. It is not irritated my skin at all.
