Incredible. Take with a shake w creatine everyday after a workout, and to say the least it's much better than meta mucil. Less clumpy, unflavored (can go in anything) small scoop, and does the job well. Be careful if you take this or other fiber products with antibiotics or other medications. I found out it must be taken during the day at least 2 hrs before or after medications / antibiotics (I'm on PreP) but otherwise an easy addition to my supplementation.

I found this when I was looking for a product comparable to a product I had used in the past from a nutrition company that required a subscription & sponsor. This product seemed as good as the "other guys" and certainly great price point for a good product. I mix it my smoothies mostly but it mixes fine in oatmeal or yogurt. If you are this far, wondering if this is a good fiber+ probiotic product, the answer is yes. Give it a try!

Frankly, there isn't too much to say about this supplement. It's a great way to add a few grams of fiber (5 to be precise) to your diet very easily. I mix my scoop into my protein shake post workout, but it could be mixed into almost any drink. There is a faint taste associated with the powder but you would only taste it in water or a drink with no strong flavor of its own. The only negative aspect I have encountered so far is that the powder doesn't always mix completely with plain water and can leave the drink a bit chalky. This isn't constantly the case but has occurred more than once or twice. Overall, I am very pleased with the performance of the supplement thus far and plan to keep taking it as part of my daily routine.

Great product Fibermode! No taste at all. Requires you to mix well but that’s no problem for me at all. I take it once per day to give get me to my daily fiber goal. It keeps me regular and keeps the bloating away. I started using their other product and haven’t been disappointed at all.

First day I felt a difference in my digestive. Can’t wait to see how effective it becomes over the course of time. As of right now it’s great product for the price. No taste or anything, can be mixed well with water or a protein shake.

I was sure I'd reviewed this previously but anyway... I mix it with powdered protein shake and my muesli and bran and oat flakes in my rocket blender to make what I suppose you'd call a powdered breakfast smoothie - just add milk. I portion some out then add the milk and mix 5-15 minutes before I have it for breakfast. I have noticed a little bit of clumping like other reviews have indicated but it doesn't particularly bother me. I like knowing I'm getting a little extra fibre along with some probiotics for my digestive system as well.
