Easy recipes homestyle cooking perfect for young families.
A beautifully illustrated cookbook, well written, and the recipes are outstanding. This cookbook made a great gift for a Christmas present and for the young couple with a small family that got it.

GREAT cook book
One of the best cookbooks I’ve ever come across. Recipes are every day meals and even some a little nicer than every day. What’s great about this cookbook is the fact that you get pictures of what it should look like when you’re done…. simple to follow instructions and even areas where you can make notes. Another nice feature (if you’re counting) is a calorie breakdown per serving at the end of every recipe… I actually bought this for a gift and then ended up buying one for myself.

Pages are great quality
This is the exact cook book I was looking for Some recipes are 5 ingredients , freeze it (optional) and crockpot/slow cooker options . Pictures are very helpful ! Can’t wait to cook all the things and there’s pro tips!

Lots or variety, lots of pictures!
So far I've used this for some dishes I'd forgotten how to make, so it is a great reference in that regard. There are some recipes I intend to try out in the future. My only disappointment is that for the price I paid I would expect a perfect book but this one seems to have gotten caught in in the printing mechanism and it mangled some of the pages. No big deal, nothing is missing, and I can see how quality check could have missed it.

Bonafide 'Superstar' Among Cookbooks
With the practical recipes, full color photos and the inclusion of the nutritional value of each dish. This cookbook leaves nothing to be desired! As a person who loves and uses cookbooks often, I am gushing over this. These are a balance between impressive and super easy, healthful and indulgent! Most of these recipes are very beginner friendly, and even the recipes that seem challenging, are made more approachable with remarkably straightforward instructions. There are random useful tips, and some recipes includes places for note(s), all printed on glossy pages that can be wiped cleaned. I will be getting this cookbook for my niece, she is a busy young mom, and sometimes she runs out of recipe ideas. I am 100% certain she will enjoy it and use it as much as I do.

Takes me back years
I love this book and all the recipes. Takes me back years when I lived in the states. The recipes are wonderful and although some are huge amounts I freeze them. The magazine which comes out also features such good recipes. You won’t be disappointed.

One of My Favourites!
As an American living in the UK, I rely on Taste of Home books for real American food. It really helps with homesickness. This is one of my favourite TOH books of all time. The chicken and dumplings in this book is phenomenal. I hope Taste of Home never quits cranking these out. Lol
