Wherever I go I bring this book with me. As I've gotten more into Buddhism and meditation, for a while I started thinking that I should expand beyond this book and look into other practices and suttas, etc. While there is definitely merit in expanding one's horizons, my practice took a bit of a toll from losing focus on the practices (or at least their aims) intended by this book.
