Worked good for a year. It did break during use but I think that's to be expected that any elastic polymer band will eventually deteriorate. It didn't cause any harm when it did snap. Just made a snapping sound, surprised me a little and made me laugh. It was the weakest one that broke, the other two are still okay. The convenience of them being so easy to carry when traveling makes it worth it to me to replace them occasionally.

These bands are great and hold up quite well as both my husband and I use them Works very well for arm and leg exercises and the price is minimal.

Good length and quality without having to buy theraband rolls

I got these bands to pair with my wall mounted resistance bands to do with my physical therapy exercises and they’re perfect. I’ve got a bum shoulder from a pinched nerve in my neck that’s affecting my rhomboid muscles and causing numbness and a zing of a shock in my shoulder blade and using these daily has really helped my shoulder extension.

These are absolutely fantastic! I’m replacing some old ones that I had that were an absolute nightmare. They would stick to themselves like plastic wrap and you had to keep pulling them apart and at one point it just became so bad I had to throw them out. These do not stick to themselves at all. They have a lot of stretch and they seem pretty strong. I’m very thrilled with these and the price is right.

These worked well initially. But I'm now 1 year out from when I purchased them and they've started to break. Important to note, I've only used them a handful of times in the past year. Now, when I pull on them, they just snap apart. For the price, I'm content with having got a year out of them, but they definitely aren't a high quality product.
