TYC Right Tail Light Assembly Compatible with 2009-2011 BMW 3 Series

I bought this when the rear turn signal on my 2010 BMW 328i went out. It fits perfectly, was simple to install, and looks exactly like the factory light. Based on other reviews, I was a little worried the color wouldn't match, but I cannot tell the difference at all. The lamp malfunction message turned off on its own immediately after installation, and 6 months later the light and turn signal are working fine.It's ridiculous that you have to replace the entire tail light for a turn signal, but at a fraction of the cost of a new light from BMW, this is a great solution.

Great knock-off for BMW original. Although you can change the bulbs in the tail-light of my BMW335, that did not fix the blown-light indicator on the dash. BMW was nice enough to bury another light, or sensor inside the tail-light ass'y that I cant see how to get to. So I needed a new tail light assembly. Since this was 1/4 the cost of BMW original, I took a chance. VERY easy to replace, and fit perfectly. Although the design is a bit different, I cannot tell the difference from the outside, and the light intensity seems the same as the other side. Looks and matches perfect! And it got rid of that pesky blown light dash alarm.

This was an excellent purchase and value! I can do virtually nothing when it comes to car repair, so when I ordered this assembly it was with great fear and trepidation that (1) it would work and (2) that I could install it. I recognize this is in reverse order, but that was might thought process. But considering the BMW dealer quoted $375 and another foreign car garage quoted $235.35 for the part and $48.00 for labor, I decided to chance it.So, it took me 10 minutes to unhook the wire, remove the three screws and slide the old unit out and another 10 minutes to reverse the procedure. I almost didn't get the rubber gasket sealed properly but looked at the other assembly and saw my mistake. Total time: 20 minutes or so and saved well over $200.Very satisfied. Just wish either shop had the integrity to mention this option to me as I am good customer but that's on me to investigate.

I've had this light installed for about 2 weeks and works perfect so far. I held off on changing my taillight for almost 2 years because of the $240 price from BMW. The only thing wrong with my old taillight was the LED blinkers being very dim and I had warning come up every time I used my right blinker that my turn signal was malfunctioning. I'm very happy with this product fits perfect and is identical to OEM. The LED blinker is very slightly less bright then stock but only noticeable if you stare at the back of your car with hazards on for a while. The price of this product is the best part being 4 times cheaper than what BMW charges.

Just installed it (quick and easy). The fit was possibly slightly off, but not much of a concern. The LED matrix (when off) is somewhat darker than the original, but for the casual eye, I don't think anybody will notice. Will update if I find more issues.

The original light was causing dash errors and rapid weak blinking. Tried different things and came down to the led board in the tail light was the problem. Ordered this replacement. Fit right in and problem is gone. 👍

Satisfied for what I paid for. Looks the same as the original. Just have to know how long it will last but overall, this brand is a great replacement for your busted tail light.

And really low priced, will install it tommorrow but so far it seems like OEM.
