Boyfriend “Father to be” thought it was creepy
Bought a few different daddy books for my partner this Father’s Day & he disliked this one out of all of them bc of the “all daddies watch you while you sleep” part, he thought it was creepy lol. I still liked the book but his opinion matters since the books about him technically.

Love!
Todd Parr is amazing! A darling book for daddies to read to their little ones. A sweet baby shower or new daddy book. We had it when my kids were little and I bought a new one for my son who will soon be the daddy to our first grandbaby!! All Todd’s books are a must have for me at home and in my Kindergarten library! My goal is to have every one!

LOVE EVERYTHING TODD PARR
First of all I LOVE all Todd Parr books, I’m a big fan for years as a teacher, and now more so as a mom. I bought this one for my toddler, and he loves it, he's not 2 yet, and you can see how this book gets his interest because as soon as he sees it he start saying “papa”, I highly recommend it for early childhood, since it promotes diversity emphasizing on that everybody is different and all daddies are different and that is where human beauty is found. But then again, most Todd Parr books get this important message through. I RECOMMEND ALL TODD PARR BOOKS as a mom and as an early childhood teacher

Love Todd parr
Cute. We're big fans of Todd parr here. I will say I was a little disappointed that it was just the mommy book with the name daddy replaced, so not super original and my daughter noticed. But my husband loved having her read it to him.

Must have for all Dads!
My husband, who is a really involved Dad, often bemoaned the fact that we had several "mommy" books, but it was difficult to find "daddy" books, so I ordered this one for him for Father's Day. It very matter-of-factly states all of the different kinds of activities that different kinds of daddies do, from baking cookies, to getting donuts, to working at home to working far away. It is an excellent complement to Todd Parr's "The Mommy Book," which has an equally inclusive of the many different kinds of activities that mommies can do. Ultimately, the message is that all daddies are different, and daddies do all kinds of different things, but daddies love their kids and they want them to be the best people that they can be. My three year old daughter keeps both "The Mommy Book" and "The Daddy Book" in her stash of books in her room that she can "read" all of the time.

Great Book!
Great book! Todd does a great job of introducing diversity and inclusion to kids at a young age.

A good book series but...
My toddler loves this series. But this particular one isn’t as good as the grandpa and grandma books are in our opinions.

Colorful and sweet. A great buy
We bought this book after buying "The Mommy Book". Our son looks for these two books to be read first every day! Colorful and sweet. A great buy.
