Using the walkers was causing me to hunch over and did little to improve my balance and absolutely nothing to improve my and endurance. Since using the Urban Poling 300 trekking poles not only has my posture improved but also my balance. The poles help improve fitness and gives you a good cardio workout. If you’re a senior they go a long way in improving your confidence. I’m enjoying my Urban Poling Series 300 and would highly recommend them to anyone.

A: I have used the urban poling rehab tip on another brand and it fit fine I needed a pole that would adjust lower for a little person, I did not try another brand tip on the urban pole
