Unbelievably fresh
I’m so pleased to find this company. The shallots are huge and fresh. My supermarket always has anorexic shallots for some reason. I didn’t expect to be so pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of these beautiful shallots. Great price point as well. I use them in many dishes like fish, chicken and beef. I’m so happy with the amount and size and quality of the flavor that I don’t need need to be miserly as when I shopped my local store. Overall extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised. Definitely buying these shallots again! Lastly, they arrived well packaged and very quickly without any damage or spoils.

These shallots arrived super fast and are stunning. Flavor is wonderful! I have never seen such beautiful shallots. Stop searching your grocery stores for those puny versions. These are large, plump, and gorgeous! I will never hunt for shallots again. I have found my source. Thank you!

Great Shallots (as long as they are the smaller ones)
Very happy with these shallots. This is my third order because, believe it or not, shallots are not available for purchase in my area and I don’t have a garden. Again, very happy with the First and Third orders but not the Second order because the shallots I received were the very large ones and not as flavorful as the smaller ones. Thanks!

complete loss
we planted these this spring. Were about 12 bulbs. I planted 6 and a friend planted 6. In the holes I dug I added compost, bone meal and kelp meal. None of them ever came up. Of the 12 none came up. What would the supplier say about this. I'm sure were planted right side up.

Arrived in excellent condition
Size of bulbs was bigger than I expected. About 85% have come up so far. Even growing one inside in a window planter.

I like small. I can use the whole shallot and not have to refrigerate the unused portion.
