Q: Can this be fitted to a Mackissic SC800?

Probably not. It requires a handle bar to attach the top support and the pictures I see of the Mackissic SC800 shows 2 separate handles.

Q: Will this tow bar work on an extreme power 6.5 hp wood chipper? i looks almost the same as the greatcircleusa 7.0 hp wood chipper.

It looks as thought it will ... BUT stay as far away from it as you can. This is garbage. I tried all the suggested improvements and none of them worked sufficiently enough to get the job done as is advertised. The concept is great and inviting ... but its practicality is not there.
