Ces graines sont géniales! J'adore leur prix et le fait qu'elles soient bio. Leurs propriétés sont remarquables mais attention il ne faut pas en abuser non plus. Respectez la dose journalière recommandée. Je les mange dans mes porridges de flocons d'avoine avec des framboises le matin au réveil. Un délice! J'aime aussi en faire des smoothies, laissez les toute la nuit dans l'eau et elles gonfleront. C'est une texture étrange mais j'aime beaucoup et à tenter!
