It was $400 and I was hemming a hawing over spending that much money. My husband said "Just buy it" (and get this over with). I didn't.Even though we can afford it, I didn't want to spend $400 on a purse when I could donate it to a needy family over the holidays. I tried to put the bag out of my mind (after all, it was only a purse) but I found myself obsessed with it and went to check out the Dooney site to see if there were any better deals -- I figured if I could find one for less, I could donate the difference to someone in need.I went online and found this lovely bag at half the cost and spent another three or four days agonizing over it. I finally ordered it and wrapped it up -- and then bought $200 worth of gift cards for a needy families.After using it for a week I can tell you that I love it! The strap is long enough to wear cross-body style if you prefer, but can be shortened to go over the shoulder. It's roomy and has a sturdy key strap (which I use for my work IDs). The zipper is high-quality as is the leather and I love just opening the bag and feeling the suede inside. The top folds over for everyday use, but if I want to load it up with my lunch and a sweater it all fits. ### ⭐ Fake DB *by S***E on May 7, 2019* Buyer beware this is not real Dooney as the smell is plastic and this is from someone who has several real bags.
