I know I know the price is really really high, but these babies are worth it. My hair is down to my waist and a few of these pins hold it up perfectly and securely.

I'm not surprised a woman designed these.. I was down to my last Ricky's NYC 'Rubbers' and must have searched for hours for anything other than bobby pins which tangle and snag the hair.. and U pins that slip out and don't grip.. when I came across these. Just BRAVO! All it took was one try.. These are exactly what I need/was looking for. They are gentle yet grip well and stay secure. I highly recommend! and THANK the designer(s)! (I bought a box of 100 'small', in brown.)

Price scares you but these are a real asset to your hair styling. They actually stay put till YOU take them out and hold comfortably!

My trainer recommended these for my hair as I love to wear it in a bun. It is great for going out etc. If you are putting your hair up for a high impact activity (gymnastics, cheer, figure skating) they are not really designed to hold to that level. I still have to sew my bun in place (competitive figure skater) but I absolutely love these pins for my non-skating looks. They work so much better than regular bobby pins and my buns come out gorgeous. The best part, no more pins digging into your scalp!

I wrap my hair around my head like a ball cap and pin it with these when my hair is freshly blown out to preserve the style. I've used these for years and will never stray -- they're the only pins that don't break my hair or rip it out when I remove them. They're expensive but worth every cent.

GOOD THINGS: These hair pins (I used the blond) are invisible in your hair and hold the style well. BAD THINGS: Because they are flocked they do not hold the tension, They stretch open after the second use, and after the second use the flocking begins to breakaway from the pins. These are great for a once time use, they are expensive but there are 100 pins so I'll get a lot of uses. My hair is very long at half way down my back and with the first use of the pins I only need about eight for an updo, second use they are a little loose.
