Can I hook this up to a propane tank at 20 psi?

not sure of the psi, but i have a 250 gal propane tank out in my back yard. it has a pressure regulator on it, but is too high for a propane range. this regulator goes onto the propane range, and lowers the psi even lower. the regulator on my propane tank is too much pressure for the little propane gas cook top for my double wide mobile home.

Is the outlet pressure adjustable with the regulator?

I am not sure if it is adjustable, my apologies. Just in case this helps you - This worked perfect for my new propane gas range / cook top, in my double wide mobile home. Put in my propane jets and attached this to it.

For an appliance with that much gas flow, *for your own safety* you need a professional/commercial regulator, installed by a gas piping pro with the proper tools and instruments, who can ensure all parts of the system are up to code, pressurized properly, leak-free, and SAFE - hey, I like to do all my own stuff, too, but that much flow? One leak, one spark, in the wrong place could flatten an entire home
