South America (Rookie Read-About Geography: Continents)

The book is perfect for youger children. It is difficult to find factual books on geography for teaching this age group. This book and the entire seris are a winner. It has few words and great pictures. A must for your units on the continents. The series is a wonderful resource to use in the classroom.

These books are wonderful for early elementary students. So many times non-fiction is too easy or too hard. This series has just the right amount of text per page to make them great for read-alouds with my kindergarten class.

Bought them all-- perfect for my 4 year old who loves maps and learning about countries!

Great addition to my class

My 8 year old is a BIG geography lover. This was maybe for 3-5 year olds. Not very informative and def not worth the $5 I paid!

I used this book to help teach a class on geography. Children enjoyed the pictures and the fun facts.
