Safety and sleep...couldn’t ask for anything better!
My 2 year old son had started to break out of the crib as early as 13 months. We turned the crib around so the highest rail was facing out, dropped the mattress to the floor and used sleep sacks every night. We even tried the pajamas that have a strap between the legs to prevent climbing (no match for my extra tall very strong son). Finally we pushed the crib against the wall and put the changing dresser on the other side but one night we discovered he was able to pull himself up on top of the dresser. Thankfully he wasn’t hurt. Having a toddler bed would be a disaster for my very active son who is still learning boundaries. I was afraid to try this product after reading about crib tent recalls from another company. The first night we used it I was afraid to sleep because I kept checking the baby monitor (I can see some shadows- just enough to see that he is still in there). After a week I can say he is falling asleep faster because the temptation to climb and play is gone. He is calmer in bed too and totally gets that he is not supposed to climb in there anymore. Trying to get the zipper would be impossible for now because it is so high up and he would have nothing to climb on. I don’t have words for what a gift this amazing product is. It is worth the price and I feel like my son is safer. I also bought the pack and play version for when he naps at my mom’s and it is also wonderful quality and works just as well.

Fantastic crib tent, sets up in a breeze, but there are baby monitor issues
First off this is a fantastic crib tent, our son's crib is a sold wood crib with pointy edges and is as high as a Gothic cathedral and all the flooring in our house is tile. So keeping our little one at two years one month contained is very important. Falling on a tile floor is not an option, nor is a roaming toddler in a 2500sqft house at night. This is very safe and we installed it when it looked like the climbing light was about to flip on in our little three footer's mind. We figured if we install it before the escape plan happens he'll never know there was an escape plan before the tent was installed. I suggest letting this air our three or four days before installing it, it smells but the smell quickly dissipated after about three of four days. The baby monitor is the only issue we've had with this. We've messed around and found a way to make it work, but our monitor camera has to sit right on top of the netting to be able to see through it. Mounted on the wall and looking down at the crib tent does not work. I will post picture where our camera is and how it looks on the monitor. We are pleased with this tent because we can go to bed knowing our son is safe and will not climb out or fall. It was very worth the money to us to have piece of mind until we transition to a toddler bed around three years old.

AUTISM PARENTS, this is a MUST if your toddler is an eloper!
Our son is 3, and has autism. I know this product is intended for babies, but because he is an “eloper”, this works perfectly for him! About 6 months ago, he started climbing out of his crib. For those who don’t have autistic children or an “autism” frame of reference, he is delayed cognitively, so although he could have probably, physically, climbed out of his crib at 12-18 months, he was condition to stay in it, so he never tried to climb out until about age 3. Of course, once he realized he could get out, he would NEVER stay in his crib. So, at that point, he was up all hours of the night, roaming the house. Yes, we have heavy duty alarm systems in place throughout our home. Again, if you don’t have a frame of reference for autistic children, typically, they don’t sleep well. They have a hard time falling asleep without melatonin supplements and even then have a hard time staying asleep. So, if he doesn’t sleep, none of us sleep. We bought this same zip up mesh tent (crib size) for his crib about 6 months ago and it was a life changer! The first week or so, he didn’t like it, but it kept him SAFE and allowed my husband and I to get sleep, not worrying if he would get out of his crib. When we travel with our kids it’s always so exhausting because he already doesn’t like new places or getting out of his routine, let alone sleeping in a regular bed.... so I started searching for a similar tent for our pack n play, and found this one! Same brand as the one we bought for our crib. It’s well made, and fits snuggly under the mattress, stays in place. Now my son loves it and he actually climbs in himself at night, pulling me there to zip him in. He’s non-verbal. So, we just traveled for the first time with the new mesh tent for our pack n play and he has had no trouble going to sleep at night because it’s familiar to him and keeps him safe! We love this product!

This product absolutely amazing, my toddler was climbing out of cot so had to transition her into a bed, however she was struggling to settle by herself for naps and bedtime, she was worn out and completely unsettled, I came across this product and read the reviews and decided to give it a go...Best thing we ever did...our daughter is back to sleeping safely and having regular naps...the product is good quality and well made and easy to attach to cot and my daughter loves it! Delivery was fab we ordered it on the 10th and it arrived on the 18th which we was impressed with as it was coming from America...genius product...would def purchase this again... we arereally happy customers 😀

Great product, cat couldn't get in
We have a very loving cat... but we'd rather he doesn't climb in with the baby for a cuddle. The high arch (rather than a flat net) is definitely unsuitable for the mog to climb or gain access - and kitty spent a good twenty minutes trying (and failing) to get in.We have a cot bed (Ikea Sundvik), while being 10cm larger than the specified and recommend measurements, the net does stretch if handled gently and slowly. You don't get any instructions in the package, and at first we we're going about it all wrong. The whole contraption goes into the cot and the mattress then holds it in place (you slip the bottom of it onto the mattress, a bit like a fitted sheet). Initially the mattress might bend upwards a tad, but after a few minutes it will straighten itself out. There are sturdy ties at all four corners for securing it to the rails of the cot.The ruffles are made of a satin type fabric, and match the base of the net and act as a cot bumper.I am pretty sure it will never go back into the neat zip cover that it was packaged in, once the elastic strap holding it together is off, it pops open. However, that's not a problem unless you intend to use it for travel (which we don't).
