GE DEK / DFW Projection Lamp, 120V, 500 W

I am happy that it fit our old Kodak projector and that we are able to use it to view our old slides. I only wish the price was a little lower, but I know the bulb is no longer being produced so it will be rare to find.

I RESCUED AN OLD EIGHT MILLIMETER FILM PROJECTOR FROM A LOCAL SECOND HAND STORE. ONCE I REWIRED THE POWER CABLE PLUG AND RESTORED THE CARRYING CASE - I FOUND THE MACHINE TO BE IN GREAT WORKING ORDER SANS THE PROJECTOR BULB - WHICH WOULDN'T WORK - BURNED OUT. I FOUND THIS LAMP - BOUGHT IT AND I WORKS GREAT - I COLLECT OLD CAMERAS/PROJECTORS AND FILMS - I OBTAINED AN OLD FILM AND IT PROVIDED ME WITH MUCH ENTERTAINMENT - ALL BECAUSE OF THIS REPLACEMENT LAMP. THANKS

This bulb (Lamp) was original equipment for the Kodak Carousel 800 Projector. The item was exactly as advertised and was shipped quickly. This was the best price I could find online on the day I ordered.

This lamp is "new, old stock". The tattered box it came in looked to be vintage 1970. However, the lamp works in myCarousel projector and I'm happy to have it.

it works, what more can I say? Just thought the cost was a little high.
