Not a good choice
Doesn't work well. I have to restart it at least once a day to get something to work. Will not work with a cell booster, when you try to use a booster you will get the Verizon/ automated lady telling you that your number is not a active and to contact your service provider. Then you will have to restart your phone at least twice once you get back into good service before it will work again. Also everything on this phone is very slow. 3-5 second delay after every button you hit. I don't recommend this phone at all.

Ordered this cat phone for "Verizon" unlocked. It is NOT compatible with Verizon voicemail app. Therefore I need to call myself to see if I have any messages??

Reception is really bad.
As far as reception goes, this is the worst phone I've ever had. I'll be standing next to my friend who has full 4G service, and I have two bars if 3G. I constantly drop phone calls in areas where I never have before. Got a new SIM card from the Verizon store but it did not help. I will be buying a new phone very soon.

Works well on Verizon and $50.00 cheeper.
Nice durable phone so far. BUT does not have wireless charging so you have to open the sealed port each time to use a USB type C to charge the phone. Sooner or later the gasket on the port is going to get worn or out of place and then the waterproof componet is gone. The battery does last 2 days of fairly heavy use.

RUGGED BUT SLOW AND AMAZON NO HELP
PHONE IS A RUGGED PHONE ILL GIVE IT THAT.THE SPEAKER IS BROKEN, THE PHONE IS SLOW. NOT LIKE ANDROID. IF YOU NEED A FAST PHONE THIS IS NOT THE ONE. IF SPEED IS NOT AN ISSUE AND ALL YOU NEED IS RUGGED THIS IS THE PHONE.ALSO I HAVE REQUESTED MY PHONE TO BE RETURNED AND IM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE.

Horrible Phone!!!
Aside from the rugged exterior, this is a horrible Phone. Horrible reception, horrible camera. I am stuck with this useless paperweight.
