I use them as a 'rescue' when I've had unanticipated fructose. I still do no eat high fructose foods, so I'm not using these to "enjoy the foods I love again" - they're more or less a backup for my GI.Taking Dextrose, Ginger, or a Dextrose tablet (like the kind diabetics carry) will also cut down on a fructose reaction for me, which I used to have to use prior to the release of these capsules, although I find these pills are superior. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have my life back after using for 4 months!!! 52 fit and shredded *by S***D on February 2, 2020* I have fructose malabsorption for many years. This product is helpful for it enables me tolerate fructose in my favorite healthy veggies like asparagus, beets, celery, yams, Japanese sweet potatoes, etc..FYI...You must take adequate potency of the supplement at least 9 minutes prior to consuming foods with fructose for it to be effective ....PERIOD!!!The only problem is the cost and it is only found in the US on Amazon Prime. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not perfect but helpful *by T***A on November 22, 2019* This works well for gas and digestion issues but not the food “hangover” associated with intolerance.
