Legendary Whitetails Mens Wool Blend Jacket Insulated Berber Lined Coat

This is a great jacket. It is warm, sized right, and priced well below other similar wool/blend jackets. Wish it had an interior pocket but that is my only delta, and I knew that when purchased.

Wow! A really nice jacket. Much heavier weight than I was expecting. It's a very warm jacket. Overall quality and fit is great. Sizing is accurate. Definitely a purchase I feel good about.

I ordered this for my man who hunts. The wool shirt he wears to keep warm during wet and/or snowy hunting sessions was getting worn out. He loves this jacket so much he's decided to wear it all the time, not just hunting. I measured his chest before we ordered the green (mossy color) and he was exactly 46 inches. Bought the X-Large and it fit him perfectly and he loves it. The green picture online doesn't do the green justice, it's a very dark, but also a lovely shade of green. It reminds me of evergreen trees (pine and such). He looks great wearing this jacket. He said it was warmer than he expected for being relatively thin, which he also appreciated. There are only 2 drawbacks to this coat according to him - it doesn't have buttons as well as the zipper which would be nice in case he's out hunting and the zipper breaks. The zipper + button feature also tends to fare better in windy weather. It also does not have any inner pockets and the outer "hand" pockets (lower pockets) do not zip or button close like the ones on the chest.

This incredible field jacket quickly became my go-to during the frigid falls and winters of the Rockies. Needed a heavy, durable wool blend to keep me warm, dry and protected from the wind. This jacket definitely delivered. Here in the Rockies, weather can change on a dime and you better be ready. I’m especially thankful to have it with me during elk hunting season. I’ve sat through snow storms in this jacket, hiked up ridges in single digit freezes, and more. This Legendary jacket is also very very durable. I’ve gone through rough brush and thickets when hunting and the thick fabric outer resists abrasion pretty well. 3 years of use and there are no rips or tears. Also get compliments on its classic look. The size reviews mention running large. I’m 6’4” 208 lbs and the XL jacket fits well. It is large and a bulky but not awkwardly so like one of those big poofy jackets. Comfortable with a shirt underneath and spacious enough to do a thicker base layer if needed. Considering buying another as a long term backup, also may check out other items from the company to see if they’re high quality like this jacket.

It's nice and warm and fits well. I was worried about the zipper but that is holding up well. The only bad thing is that one of the pocket liners has ripped. Easily fixed but I think the liner material should be thicker.

This is a great jacket in many ways. I bought an XL and the fit is true to size. I normally wear an XL and this fits perfectly. Some errors on Amazon's description. It says that it is 60% wool - the label says 52% :( The biggest flaw is that the description says it is machine washable but the label says Dry Clean only. The Jacket is just what I was looking for. Some of the other reviewers talked about how warm it is -- I am from North Dakota and I would say this is a nice fall jacket, but I would not call it warm. I didn't expect it to. When I want warm, I look for something with down. That's the only way I know to get a WARM jacket or coat in my climate. The collar is pretty light fabric - same as the rest of the jacket. I thought it would be thicker, but for what it is, it will be okay. I would probably buy it again even though it needs to be dry cleaned. I am tempted to wash it when it needs it, but with the wool content I would be afraid of shrinkage. It is a nice looking jacket - fits well. Some reviewers complained of shallow side pockets. I disagree. They are deep with plenty of room for my hands or to stick a pair of light gloves in. I would have given it 5 starts if it did not need to be dry cleaned -- I docked 2 stars for the misrepresentation. Dry cleaning is not cheap, so it will be an added expense with this jacket.

This has been a very good wither jacket! It kept me warm and dry, and was actually quite comfortable through two years of hunting the frozen wilds of northern New York state. I honestly have no complaints about it. This company appears to know what they are doing, albeit I have only made one purchase from them so I could still be wrong, but I doubt it. The quality of the product speaks for itself. also the sizing seams to be spot on!

I guess my first rating did not take as I keep getting asked to review again by Amazon. this is a great coat, warm and cozy. check your measurements and purchase one size bigger and you will have room for sweater etc. underneath. color is great and I had quite a few compliments about the coat. one suggestion to the manufacturer, please make the zipper one or two sizes bigger. it would be nice to be able to zip up with gloves on. not a big deal, but would be nice. I would definitely buy this coat again, but I do hope it will last me a long time before that happens. no photo, it looks exactly like it is advertised.

Nice jacket, I mean a really nice jacket. Definitely won’t be wearing much underneath, it’d get too hot, highly recommend

Love this jacket. Looks fantastic, and the fit is really good, very warm and comfy. However..! Shame the pockets are absolutely rubbish. The front pockets are far too small for a modern phone, and even my small glasses ctravel case JUST about fits, and there are no internal pockets on the inside either..???? WHY.??? Makes this a hard item to wear, and totally impractical. On the good side, the qualities great, as well as the fit. Wont be buying in different colours now. Will stick to Dickies or Carhartt who have plenty of pockets.
