Damaged and old stock
One of the paint by numbers box arrived damaged, even though it was in a very large box with packaging. It looked quite old and shabby as it had been on the shelf for a very long time. This was a gift so I was not pleased.

Beautiful Result — Recommend Pre-Whiting the Numbers
Overall, this paint-by-numbers kit was a great price and I really enjoyed working on it. I don’t have any major complaints. One small thing to note is that the printed numbers can show through some of the lighter paint colors. Halfway through, I started painting the numbers with white first to help cover them, and that made a big difference—I’d recommend doing that from the beginning. I also purchased a nicer set of brushes separately based on other reviews, and I’m glad I did—it made the painting process much cleaner. The colors are very close to the picture, though not an exact match, which didn’t bother me at all. The final result still looks beautiful. I would definitely buy from this company again.
