Trudeau Structure Silicone Fluted Cake Pan, Grey & Mint, 8.5 Cups

I already own several Trudeau loaf and muffin pans. Just got this and baked a Bundt cake in it last weekend. The quality does not disappoint. The cake came out very easily, the edges are crisp and clean and pan cleans easily - just wipe it with a damp rag.

I wanted to make a bundt cake in my COVID shelter-at-home cooking spree. But my bundt pan was old and so I searched through Amazon and found this. I loved the colors and thought, why not buy it? It made the perfect bundt cake - no sticking, easy to pop out - and incredibly easy to clean. The pictures are right out of the oven of my chocolate zucchini cake, and after popping it out of the Trudeau Structured Silicone Fluted Bundt pan. I was so impressed, I may just seek out more products from this company because this was such a pleasant surprise!

Great much better then my non stick bundt pan which I have discarded. Need to place on a cookie sheet because it is very flimsy and if moved can destroy the shape of bundt. Need to cook longer as the cookie sheet inhibits the time just keep watch and use a cake tester probe to make sure fully cooked THEN COOL COMPLETELY before removing your bundt cake. My first cake did not work well because I didn’t know. But second cake done as I figured I it out. Shalom

This baking pan proved to be a must have addition to my kitchen arsenal. Great pan. Just beware it isn’t that sturdy because it is silicone. Must go on a pan because it is wobbly and not solid enough to fit on the wire oven shelves

I REALLY wanted to like this Bundt pan. It IS smaller than my traditional Bundt pan. My bad for not researching to find out that 8.5 cups isn't big enough. The batter overflowed into the middle and dripped into the oven. I think I can work around this by using a mini Bundt pan - bonus cake for me! But the silicon pan also tilted (slightly collapsed) on one side making a lean tower of cake. If it's leaning on the FIRST time in the oven, I don't have much hope for it lasting for years. : ( It's really too bad - the cake slide out of the pan perfectly! The pan has little silicon handles and I didn't even need hot pads to dump it. (I wasn't brave enough to try straight out of the oven, but I think it would have been fine.) The hunt for a new Bundt pan continues...

Se desprende muy fácil el pan y se cocina de forma uniforme. Al parecer se requiere menos tiempo de cocimiento. Muy buen producto
