This one was so fun to make!! I must admit I changed it up a wee bit and made it a 1970's style home. Everything fit together great, no issues in that area. However; the directions are actually deplorable and hard to understand and follow. Maybe revamp the directions? Other than that it was great!!

Not the best directions, but beautiful, and the pieces were pretty durable. I did not have issues with anything breaking. I did a lot of customizing. This kit is not for the beginner. Many of the house’s accessories were very, very difficult to make, which I attribute to design flaws.

This is my 4th kit. I tried this one because I like how it looks, very modern. My other three kits are shops, so this is my first house and I was too excited to start working on it. I found this one very difficult compared to the other 3 I did. I had so many issues with it that my disappointment grew towards the end. 1. Yes, some missing pieces. But I was able to work around it. 2. The round corners! Why??? Because of that sone pieces did not fit well creating gaps all over the place. Once, the gap started it went down the hill from there. 3. The light switch box. There is no easy access to it. You will have to remove the covering from the back to turn it on & off. Music box is unnecessary, they could have just use that space to give access to light switch. 4. Instructions are so small, it's hard to find the correct pieces. Some if them doesn't make sense too. Gluing tiny pillows are pain in the ***! My tips if you are just starting on working on this project. 1. File the round corners to a sharp 45 degrees corner. Specially the ones connecting to the chimney. If you're a perfectionist, you might want to do it on the wall windows too. But the inserts will end up being smaller, and will create bigger gaps. 2. Be ready to change things around, specially for missing pieces. I have some extra pieces from previous kits that I used on this one. Some popsicle sticks too that I painted to fill in the gaps. 3. Music box is not that important. Or at least to me. I would trade and make the hole bigger to get access to the light switch. 4. Sew your pillows. 5. Separate the light wires as you go. Will save you so much time doing this ahead. Then I braided them so they are ready to organize. What I like about it. 1. It's 3 floors! But you want to make sure that the lower floors are complete and perfect to your liking. It's hard to go back if you missed something or made a mistake. 2. Has more light features including the lighted pool. I love it when all lit up. But gluing the wires and maneuvering through the chimney is very difficult. 3. The bathroom. It has sink, toilet and shower. 3. Not a lot if tiny details that you need to assemble. When I realized that I have missing pieces, I was hoping to return it and get a replacement. However, they only offer a refund.

The pieces of wood don't line up at all, some pieces aren't even the right shape, the instruction are all messed up with black lines all throughout them making it hard to even read. I've built several models before this is hands down the absolute worst kit I have ever purchased. It has window inserts with right angle edges to go into slots with rounded edges to have fun sanding or cutting the slots out to the right size to not even have the total wall pieces line up. Can see the printed design on the walls don't even match up and one doesn't even go all the way to the edge of the piece 1 is 3 tiles tall the other is 4 tiles tall.

Not for a new crafter but it was fun for someone who likes to craft dollhouses from a kit. For me the crafting is therapeutic so this was fun - the kit was complete and correct with standard supplies and directions.

Very nice, however there are missing pieces even though the description states they are very thorough with every piece. Doesn’t allow me to contact seller.

パーツ欠品が3個あり、マニュアルもサイズやパーツ番号が写真と違う所があります。LDEランプの配線も通す所に穴がないので自分で開けました。木製パーツなので電動ドリルがないと無理です。不備が多い商品なのでとても時間がかかってしまいました。無いパーツは仕方ないので代用品で何とか完成しました。

Mode d'emploi difficile à maîtriser. J'ai terminé le montage et des pièces de balcon sont manquantes ou ne correspondent pas ! Obligée de modifier l'alignement de façade du 1er étage, désastreux ! Très déçue car je dois l'offrir à mon petit fils !

I would highly recommend this kit to anyone who enjoys constructing things, I had so much fun with it! I wanted to do it for ages but the reviews put me off, pieces missing etc. but I eventually took the plunge and I am so happy that I did. As others have said be warned that it is nothing like the click and fit kits generally available, you build absolutely everything from the lamps, plants and decorative objects to the stairs and the furniture - B7000 glue is a must, I used two tubes! The ingenuity involved in designing the pieces is mind blowing to me - who imagined that a press stud, a bead and a piece of wire could make a carriage lamp?!! I was worried throughout that I would be missing pieces but I found that it was usually because I had confused pieces or even used some in the wrong place. I would advise that you check every piece as you use it against the booklet and measure every time - never assume always check and always measure! One of the reviews mentioned that they had made their kit into a 70s house. I liked the idea of that and as the fabrics included with the kit were a bit cheap looking, boring colours and prone to fraying (which made a tidy finish difficult) I used brightly coloured felts to create my version of a 60s psychedelic house. The felt turned out to be a great choice as it was pliable enough to hide a multitude of sins. Just being able to impose my choices of colour on the kit made it so much more fun to do. The kit took me ages to make up, getting on for a fortnight on and off but the end product is brilliant and I am so pleased with it. Why the review scores are so low I have no idea, it is an amazing kit. I understand that if there are pieces missing it is frustrating but I managed to ‘fettle’ my way out of a couple of mistakes I made, indeed that was half the fun. Some of the main boards were slightly warped which meant they didn’t fit exactly which was annoying but nothing is perfect ! The instructions were overall very good, some probably suffered from translation ie Assemble battery after sex!
