I read all of the reviews before ordering this for a teenager who was having bloating and abdominal pain. I also knew she didn’t like gritty, flavorings or gross tasting powders to mix into water or juice. This product caught my eye because it was flavorless and it had great reviews. I figured the pre and probiotics would be beneficial to her. After ordering it, I told my husband what I ordered, and he was curious about trying it as well. So I ordered a box for us. The teenager in California was excited we were going to do this together. lol Fast forward a couple of weeks, and hubby, the teen and I are blown away! This probiotic really works. I’ve had chronic constipation for years thanks to having MS. I have to say I am regular. I feel so much better, and so does my husband. My sweet teenager said her bloating and sensitive stomach are gone. I will say this. I was paying four times this amount for a probiotic before I tried this one. In fact, I’ve cancelled my subscribe and save on the pricier one, and added this product in its place. Same for the teenager; I put her probiotic on subscribe and save so she’ll get it every month. This product is amazing! I would recommend it to everyone who suffers from constipation, bloating or any gastrointestinal issue. Here’s how I do the powder. I take a glass of homemade lemonade, add a package of the probiotic powder about 30-40 minutes after I eat, and stir it up. No taste, no residue, no hassle. I love it!

Good strong probiotics I have certain effects of my body after I take them. This one is a real deal and it proved it by providing those effects. Probiotic labels always recommend you take their product with food. I disagree! I’m a retired alternative health consultant who never sold products to make my money. I simply give enlightenment and offered ways that people could improve their condition. I always recommended that my customers take their probiotic two or three hours after last eating and two or three hours before they would eat again. As a result, if they ate at 7 o’clock at night and went to bed at 10, I’d recommended they take the probiotic at 10 o’clock at night. My rationale is that probiotics are like hungry picnics. If you take the probiotic with food, they start eating the food and they go out with the food goes out. That means they don’t stay in your body and produce more probiotics there. If you take them but no food is passing through, they have a better tendency to hang about and if you will eat foods that feed them and not that bother them, they will reproduce themselves. Of course, it goes without saying (although I’m saying it now –lol) that one should take a course of this stuff. In other words, if you’re really low on probiotics in your body, take it nightly for a month. Just my opinion.

I did a lot of research on which probiotic product to go with. This product has some of the more effective and recommended ingredients, and I can put the powder right in with my Psyllium Husk Powder drink in the morning in order for this to have an even better effect. This product offers more than higher selling products on here, because people don’t take the time to look at or research the most important ingredients. One star down because the packaging is not as pictured, and just comes in a little cardboard box.

I've bought this before and really like how they seem to update their formula with current research and trends. The batch I received this time is different from my original, but I've liked both versions. This has helped a ton with my digestive issues! I mix it in my protein drink and can't taste it at all, which is perfect. I really love the individual packets - they make it so easy to travel with. The box packaging is also much better for me since I have RA. I still transfer the packets into my original plastic container for daily use, but the individual packets are way easier to handle than scooping powder. **Would I buy again?** Absolutely! Great product that actually works, and the packaging is RA-friendly.

I have been taking this product for about 2-3 months and it is awesome. Not sweet, but palatable in plain water. It gets the junk moving out of your system wherein you can feel the noticeable changes occurring at you eliminate the waste. You also realize when you haven't taken it too. Luv this product!!

I like this product because it has l. Reuteri. This helps with mood regulation. I have a child on the Spectrum that is highly intelligent and high functioning but struggles with emotional regulation and sensory sensitivities. With this strand, he is much more lovey dovey and says “ I love you” to me throughout the day. This brand is easy to mix in with his milk. He doesn’t notice as it doesn’t change the smell, texture nor taste. It is a winner. He also seems to have great immune health with this and hopefully helping with gut permeability.

It works well as far as a probiotic should work but it doesn’t mix well with any liquid at all so it’s not easy to swallow. I’ve tried different liquids and temperatures so I wound up finishing the box by just dropping the powder in my mouth and then chasing it with water which it would clump in my mouth and then I’d have trouble swallowing either way. If you can tolerate the clumpy powder in your mouth then it shouldn’t be a problem. The actual probiotic function works well though.
