Is the needle to the record player included?

Yes. It is included. There is also an extra replacement needle included.

You must plug it into a wall outlet. Another note: I'm glad I bought the premium sound upgrade. It's still not a great sound, but it's acceptable for those who aren't looking for good sound quality.

Can I play the record to a bluetooth speaker?

Yes! That’s what makes this so awesome. It has its own speakers plus you can Bluetooth it
