It’s almost impossible to find a non-dairy milk in most grocery stores that doesn’t include lecithin, oils, guar gum or others fillers or preservatives. Those additives upset my stomach and cause inflamation. Elmhurt makes the only one I can find in store (and sadly only at Whole Foods) that only has two ingredients - water and nuts. The cashew is my absolute favorite - it’s creamy and has a mild flavor so it’s perfect for adding to savory sauces. I add it to pasta dishes all the time and I don’t even miss the dairy. They also make other nut milks (walnut, almost, pistachio) as well as oat milk. It’s a little more spendy than other non-dairy milks, but you pay more to leave out the junk ingredients and it’s worth it to me. Elmhurst, you’re simply the best!

I love this stuff. It’s closer to cream than any other non-dairy milk, only 2 ingredients, tastes great, and I’ve been freezing it into ice cubes so the bottle lasts so much longer and I don’t have to throw any away! 5 big stars. LOVE this product!!!!

I have read other people complain that this does not have a bold enough pistachio taste. I like the taste very much. It tastes to me like real cream from cow's milk with a touch of pistachio. I really enjoyed this in my coffee. It tastes rich, without the intestinal pain from cow's milk, that people with lactose intolerance , like myself, suffer from. I will certainly buy this again!

This is the best brand of oat milk I’ve found so far. The consistency is thinner than other oat milks in my opinion but it still works great for smoothies, cereal, etc. It tastes good too, not super sugary as I have found other oat milks brands to be. It rated decently high in quality from the app I use to check quality of foods (ingredients, where it’s sourced from, etc). Only uses 3 simple ingredients which is always a win for me! I recommend it to anyone looking for a good milk alternative brand!
