Brigham Tea Cut & Sifted from East Coast Superfoods 50g / 1.76 oz

I purchased this tea for stimulation and energy. The tea has a pleasant taste and a nice aroma. As far as energy, it gave me a little bit but nothing extreme. As far as an appetite suppressant, I didn’t feel like it reduce my appetite at all. It actually increased it. As far as weight loss, I didn’t notice anything. I have only been taking this tea for about a week so I will give it a longer trial and see what happens. I wish it had more in the bag.

Excellent tea, perfect old timey mild sweetness. Dried exactly just right. I would subscribe to this one if I could~ Perfect. I would give it six stars if I could.

Something is wrong with this product. It made me very sick when I used it. I have used Mormon tea many times and know what to expect, and in that respect it was fine. But when I used this brand, I felt very ill. My blood pressure shot up, and I had a weird, piercing headache in the center of my head. Never had that before. I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital. Wasn't sure what caused it the first time. The second time I used this product, I had the same experience. It was the first thing I had to drink both times I used it. Within 30 minutes, I was suffering. I personally believe it was something on the plant like a pesticide or fungicide. Whatever the case, it is an unclean product.

Tea is wonderful, but way too much money for the little amount you get.

I don't think this is Ephedra Viridis. For one it shipped from India and they don't have viridis there, second it doesn't look, smell, or taste anything like the US plants, third it looks like the company just slapped a new label on top of the old one with a new name. The tea contained bits of wood and once I prepared it it became very cloudy and sedimentary. You can see the settled sediment at the bottom of the glass. The glass in the pictures was clear and washed just before use all of the cloudiness is from the tea. I can't even drink it.

I don't think this is ephedra viridis, it doesn't smell right at all. It has a bit of a peppery smell to it. I don't think I'll be trying it in tea unforunately.
