**Q: I sit between a uk 5 and a 6, with narrow feet. What size would be best?**
A: I think the 5 would be fine. The upper fabric will give a little and with narrow feet this should be perfect.  I am a size 4 with slightly wide feet and found the 4 perfectly sized. Hope that helps

**Q: I wear a 4 in trainers but a 3 in dress shoes. Should I get a 4 or 3.**
A: I ordered a 7 although I’m a size 6 in a shoe and am regretting it now. My feet keep sliding up and down so I would say get the 3

**Q: are they comfy enough to go for an all day shopping trip?**
A: They are a bit big fitting, so although they are comfortable, i tend to go over on my ankle because they are loosr

**Q: I saw the review, someone said that these shoes caused blisters! But i'm not sure, because more people said that they are comforable. Can anyone tell**
A: My trainer is really comfortable I accidentally order two pairs and gave the other pair to my daughter who is a nurse she wears them as well and has said that they are really comfortable no blisters, we both work long shifts standing on our feet no complaints

I bought these after reading reviews about using them for plantar fasciitis. Yes! After using for a week I can say they are comfortable, fit snuggly and light shoes. As for my pain I can say it’s reduced and say over time it may alleviate some more and hoping that the pain goes away completely. I plan to buy another one for home use as well. They are a big difficulty to put on but quite easy to pull it off. However, I think it needs to be that way so that the heel and ankle get good support! They look good and stylish and can go with a number of outfits. Quality, and performance are good. Not sure of washing- but they can be wiped clean. Sadly, they are not waterproof which would have been an added bonus. Giving them 4 *s because i still have some pain. But will revisit the reviews section after a month for update
