It's a neat look, easy to use, soft, BUT NOT ABSORBENT. Bummer.Hair is definitely wetter than using a regular towel. I tried sleeping with it too (for the plop method for curly hair) - the hair was still very wet after a night's sleep (7 hrs) in it. I have very thick natural hair and getting it towel dried was always an issue using a regular towel. These are so good .
