Impossible to put down without a roller. Adhesive is on the inside of roll and wound super tight. You have to pull very hard to get it to release from the roll which ends up stretching the plastic in random places, creating puckers and folds. To top it off it doesn't even stick to my carpet. Even if I could have gotten it off the roll and on to my carpet I would still have had to tape it down. I ripped it up and used a roll of brown craft paper. Completely useless product.
