Yes, this is a thick rich cream that can be used for dry skin in general, as well as irritated skin issues such as eczema, psoriasis, etc. If using on your face may want to use this at night so it has all night to repair your skin. For elsewhere on your body you can apply as needed.

This is a thick cream. If you were to put a spoonful on a plate it would hold its shape, not spread out. It's quite concentrated so a little goes a long way.
