Ken Hom Classic 31cm Wok Non-Stick Carbon Steel Quick Heating Stir Fry

I’ve had this item for a year now and it started off amazing to cook with, it was incredible but after a short while it became impossible to cook with, the non stick coating started to flake away and ended up in the food every time I cooked with it

When you consider the name, the quality wasn't bad but the non stick coating started to come off after just a few uses.

We’ve had another wok for 10 years and it’s as good as new. We’ve now relocated and in temporary accommodation, so as all our stuff is in storage, we decided to buy this wok.... We wish we hadn’t. First time we used it, a bit of food got stuck and when we tried to remove it (gently, following instructions, and also, we do have a pristine old wok, remember? so we know how to keep it clean), the non-stick coating came with it. As it was tiny, we ignored it and thought we had been clumsy. But every single time we cook, food sticks again, and a bit more of coating comes off. It’s now burnt and damaged and, believe me, none of our pots and pans look like this, so I’m guessing we are not the problem here. Please do yourself a favour and don’t get this wok, it’s total and utter garbage.

I brought this is June, not impressed with the non stick coating. Completely ruined. For the price we expected it to last a lot longer

Cant believe i didnt have a wok for 5yrs the best scrambled egg ever and stir- fries .it heats evrrything due to the dept of the wok, cooking everything at the same time ACE i will be buying a bigger wok next time.

After a few uses egg was sticking and coating has been coming off after a few uses. I tried to find what the coating is as it will be in my food. Pno information about none coating..

Will worth the money cooks the food great and just the right weight

Nice wok pan, the brand is good quality in general. The inside had a small area where the coating had flaked off, normally I would return it but i really need it ;-)

Après 2 3 utilisations le revêtement intérieur et extérieur est parti....impossible de contacter le vendeur via Amazon, aucune réponse aux mails que ce soit en France et au siège. Qualité nul pas faute d en avoir pris soins grande déception sur la qualité mais aussi sur la relation client.
