Fabric is of decent quality. The top tightening mechanism locks pretty well, but is a little stiff. Metal hooks hold the bottom to your shoe laces well. The velco is of good quality and is actually a little hard to open - a good thing. Definitely worth what I paid.

After this past horrific New England winter, I grew to absolutely love these Legging Boot Gaiters Trouser Covers! I live just outside of Boston, and we had so many 2 to 3 foot back-to-back snow Blizzards this past winter, I lost count- but it was many, They are exceptionally well made, very inexpensive, function perfectly and are even easy to put on and take off. They kept my trousers completely dry even though I was often walking through snow that was right up to the top of the covers. Also, no snow leaked in on the sides or bottoms. This is a fantastic product, and I highly recommend them if you live in 'snow country' and want to keep your trousers dry. You will keep them dry with these on!

Very neat these help me out as I do shoveling at the college that I work at in my pants at the ankles are always getting wet this saves me a lot of wear and tear on my clothing
