I've bought this to help with some health issues, and it does seem to be helping.

I bought this for making my cat's food at home. I was looking for small fish oil, and this seemed to provide EPA & DHA in a kind of correct-ish ratio, so I bought it. My cat loves it -- I also drip on his food a bit. As for me, this has been the first brand of fish oil which does not repeat on me. All the others were nasty: I could taste them ALL DAY LONG. This one doesn't have that effect AT ALL. I'm really pleased with this. Since I gave up on taking omega 6, as I realised it's pro-inflammatory and abundand in our diet as it is, I am going to stick to this oil only, and I highly recommend this brand.

Only one a day needed. Take with plenty of water to avoid any fish after taste.
