I have bought this bulb twice now and both times ...
I have bought this bulb twice now and both times i get 25-30 hrs then it burns out and I have to put the original back in(which has 4000+ hrs, so is noticeably dimmer but at least works).

Working well, some assembly was required.
Update: Bulb failed within the warranty period. Received a replacement from seller. Replacement works great, seems to run cooler but slightly dimmer, which is perfect. Over 1,700 hours on replacement bulb so far.-------Pro: Bright! Seems to be as good as The original bulb.Con: terrible packaging job (not Amazon, the internal box) caused it to be in pieces when it arrived. I carefully reassembled it and it seems to be fine now.

DOES NOT LAST
I have had this product for 2 months now. Use my projector a few times a week. Hitachi cp-x880 Always turn off correctly. BULB BURNED OUT BEFORE 100 HOURS. DO NOT BUY

It work for all of 2 minutes than cause the project to over heat. I need to return this product.
